Frasier gets promotion

Lt, Col. Johnathan Frasier was born In Cedartown, Georgia. He received a Regular Army Commission from the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point Class of 1995, and was assigned to the

Aviation Branch upon graduation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree In Mechanical Engineerin­g from the USMA and a Master of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineerin­g from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

His military education Includes the Aviation Officer Basic Course, the Aviation Officer Advanced Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, and the Intermedia­te Level Education and Qualificat­ion Course. Frasier is Level 3 Certified Acquisitio­n Profession­al In both Test and EvaluatIOn, and Program Management He IS a graduate of both the United States Army Rotary and Fixed Wing Aircraft QualifICat­ion Courses, the OHS8D Instructor Pilot and the United States Naval Test Pilot School.

LTC (P) FraSier has served in various command and staff positions during his 22 years of military service. His assignment­s Include: Scout Platoon Leader, 1·7 cavalry Regiment, First cavalry Olvislon, Ft Hood, TX; Division Support Command Personnel Officer (FWD), Assistant 8r1gade Operations Officer, and Battle captain, Aviation 8r1gade, First cavalry DiviSion, Bosnia·Henegovina; Commander, Charlie Company, 1· 14th Aviation Regiment, Ft Rucker, AL Mer transitlon­lng to the Army AcquISitio­n Corps In 2003, LTC (P) Frasier served as an Experiment­al Test PilOt and Chief of Systems Integratio­n and Simulation Division, while asskJned to Aviation TechniCal

Test Center and Aviation FlkJht Test Directorat­e at Ft Rucker and Redstone Arsenal, AL. In 2011, LTC (P) Frasier joined Program Executive Office Aviation and served as the Assistant Product Manager for Air Traffic Control Systems. LTC (P) Frasier was then selected to help stand up the Fixed Wing Program OffICe where he served as the Product Director fOf' Fixed Wing Transport Aircraft LTC (P) Frasier currently serves as the Product Manager for all Army Air TraffIC Control Systems.

Within the community, LTC (P) FraSier serves at Undsay Lane Baptist Church, Athens, AL In the Deacon Ministry, Sunday School Teacher, AWANA, coaches Undsay lane Christian Academy Baseball, and MISsioos Ministry. For the past 18 years, he has been happily married to the fOf'mer Amy Cochran, from calhoun, Georgia who serves as the Principal at Lindsay lane Christian Academy's Main campus. They have two beautiful children who love the Lord: Benjamin Blake, age 12 years, and Hannah Jean, age 10.
