Justin Bagley, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested September 9, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of failure to stop at accident with injury and damage along with reckless driving.
Roberto Betancourt,24, of Rome, was arrested September 10, 2017 by the Aragon Police Department on the charges of public drunkenness, three counts of obstruction of law enforcement officers, marijuana-possess less than 1 ounce, and crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, drugs without consent.
Krissy Machelle Brand, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested September 8, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of theft by taking.
Donald Antyon Dupree, 37, of Rome, was arrested September 10, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence of alcohol, and slow poke law left lane driving prohibited.
Ryan Christopher Griffin, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested September 10, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of Driving under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, and improper lane change/usage.
Corey Jacobs, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested September 9, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of aggravated stalking and simple assault - family violence.
Alton Lamar Johnson, 60, of Cedartown, was arrested September 9, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Amanda Michelle Patterson, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested September 11, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charge of battery.
Charlie Lucius Phillips, 66, of Cedartown, was arrested September 10, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of simple assault - family violence.
Malinda L Smith, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested September 10, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of disorderly conduct and bench warrant.
Matthew Ryan Truett, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested September 8, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of aggravated assault and possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.
Virgina Elizabeth Barton, 58, of Powder springs, was arrested September 13, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence a combination of 1-3.
Micheal Shane Hood, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested September 13, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony, theft by taking ,two cases of criminal trespass, possession of tools for commission of a crime, loitering or prowling, criminal attempt to commit a felony, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Phillip David Hood, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested September 13, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony, theft by taking, two cases of criminal trespass, possession of tools for commission of a crime, loitering or prowling, criminal attempt to commit a felony, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Jesse Duane Jackson, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested September 13, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of bench warrant and probation violation finger printable offense.
Jontel Montavian Woodall, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested September 13, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of defective equipment, driving without a valid license, and possession with intent to or sell/deliver/distribute/ display, or provide a minor any drug related object.
Jesse Scott Greathouse, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested September 14, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of aggravated assault and cruelty to children-2nd degree-negligently causing excessive physical or mental pain.
Joshua Eugene Smith, 27, of Buchanan, was arrested September 14, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of theft by taking and marijuana possession less than 1 ounce.
Jeffery Lee Stansell, 46, of Cedartown, was arrested September 14, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of simple battery against person who is 65 year or older or is pregnant at time of the offense, criminal trespass, and simple battery.
Antonio Lee Thompson, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested September 14, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of marijuana possession less than 1 ounce, possession and use of drug related objects, possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, possession of methamphetamine, and loitering or prowling.
