Alisa Jill Price, 50, of Cedartown, was arrested September 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of simple assault.

Debora Towns, 59, of Rockmart, was arrested September 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of theft of lost/mislaid property and financial transactio­n card fraud.

Malinda Lee Smith, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested September 16, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of possess w/intent to or sell/deliver/distribute/display, or provide a minor any drug related object, disorderly conduct, and public drunkennes­s.

Clinton Lenell Brown, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested September 16, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of battery family violence.

Kevin Dwayne Monroe, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested September 16, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of theft by taking, driving while license suspended or revoked, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Randy Thomas Bradford,38, of Cedartown, was arrested September 17, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of superior pending and probation violation fingerprin­table offense.

Christophe­r Phillips, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested September 17, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of cruelty to children - 3rd degree and simple battery - family violence.

Christophe­r C Puckett, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested September 17, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of aggravated stalking.

Billy Wayne Hooper, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested September 17, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of simple battery and disorderly conduct.

Corey Adam Jacobs, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested September 17, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of simple battery - family violence and false imprisonme­nt.

Zachary Edward White, 36, was arrested September 17, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of loitering or prowling and obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Matthew Christian Gray, 26, of Bremen, was arrested September 18, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of two counts of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, possession of methamphet­amine, possession of tools for commission of a crime, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer.

Joshua Tillman Lee, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested September 18, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of simple battery against person who is 65 year or older or is pregnant at time of the offense and terroristi­c threats and acts.

Tony Wayne Lindsey, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested September 18, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of criminal attempt to commit a misdemeano­r, criminal trespass, and burglary of the 2nd degree.

Jason Balaam Lovig, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested September 18, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charge of contempt of child support.

William E Miller, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested September 18, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charge of contempt of child support.

Jose Ramiro, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested September 18, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of driving without license and failure to dim headlights.

Samuel Keith Shirey, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested September 18, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of theft by shopliftin­g and criminal trespass.

Tanya Yvette Hutchinson, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested September 19, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of possession and use of drug related objects, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, and disorderly conduct.

William Raymone Banks, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested September 19, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of battery, burglary - 2nd degree, probation violation fingerprin­table offense, pedestrian must not dart out in traffic, and obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Tony Aubrey Merritt, 56, of Cedartown, was arrested September 19, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property of the 1st degree, and aggravated assault.

Paul E Langer, 45, of Rockmart, was arrested September 20, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charge of battery.

Corey Douglas Smith, 4 8 , of Taylorsvil­le, was arrested September 20, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of no insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Rachael E Thackston, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested September 20, 2017, by the Cartersvil­le Georgia State Patrol for the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Erika Lynn Timms, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested September 20, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of simple battery-family violence and three counts of cruelty to children of the 3rd degree.

Beverly Cochran, 61, of Rockmart, was arrested September 21, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of obstructin­g or hindering persons making emergency telephone call.

Bryan D Cochran, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested September 21, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of aggravated battery, battery (fva), cruelty to children-1st degree-maliciousl­y causing excessive pain, and obstructin­g or hindering persons making emergency telephone call.

Jacob Marion Perry, 22, of Rockmart, was arrested September 21, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of three counts of cruelty to children-2nd degree-negligentl­y causing excessive physical or mental pain.
