Steve David Elders, 44, of Aragon, was arrested October 13, 2017, by the Polk Sheriff’s Office for the charges of possession of marijuana under an ounce, possession of methamphet­amine, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and two counts of possession of tools for commission of a crime.

Joshua Alan Cash, 26, of Dallas, was arrested October 14, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of possession of marijuana under an ounce.

Phillip D Cash, 53, of Woodstock, was arrested October 14, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of possession of marijuana under an ounce, forgery of the first degree, and possession of methamphet­amine.

Raymond Lee Dempsey, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested October 14, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of marijuana under an ounce, criminal trespass, and two counts of third degree cruelty to children.

Amanda D Glover, 36, of Rockmart, was arrested October 14, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and improperly transferre­d tag.

Tina Marie Hendrix, 43, of Aragon, was arrested October 14, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of first degree forgery.

Joshua Glenn Hunter, 29, of Silvercree­k, was arrested October 14, 2017, by the Polk Sheriff’s Office for the charges of possession of theft by shopliftin­g, probation violation fingerprin­table offense, and obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Donald Wayne Armstrong, 58, of Cedartown, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of criminal trespass.

Wendy Armstrong, 58, of Cedartown, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of criminal trespass.

Kameron Wade Baker, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk Sheriff’s Office for the charges of for a bench warrant and forgery of the 2nd degree.

Emma Bradley, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of battery/ family violence.

Kimberly R Merrell, 30, of Kingston, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of criminal trespass.

Samuel Marquest Sewell, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, marijuana possession less than one ounce, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Thomas Wyatt Spires, 36, of Aragon, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of probation violation fingerprin­table offense, reckless driving, driving while license suspended or revoked, and obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

James Bobby Tucker, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of criminal trespass.

Kathy Darlene Tucker, 58, of Cedartown, was arrested October 15, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of criminal trespass.

Andrew B Armstrong, 18, of Lewisburg, was arrested October 16, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of interferen­ce with custody - 1st or 2nd conviction.

Ashley Elizabeth Asad, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested October 16, 2017, by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of drugs not in original container and theft by shopliftin­g.

Essta Lita Lewis, 61, of Cedartown, was arrested October 16, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of driving under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield when entering roadway, serious injury by vehicle, and possession of methamphet­amine.

Jayme Lee Morgan, 22, of Aragon, was arrested October 16, 2017, by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of suspended registrati­on, violation of license restrictio­ns, and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Jeremy Randall Thompson, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested October 16, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Kelley Kristain Gibson, 32, of Bremen, was arrested October 17, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession and use of drug related objects, and crossing state/ county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, drugs without consent.

Amber Laminack, 38, of Fruithurst, was arrested October 17, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of five count of first degree forgery.

Dason Michael Strickland, 35, of Carrollton, was arrested October 17, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of burglary by first degree and theft by taking.

Fonda Leigh Hall, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested October 18, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of theft by taking.

John Edward Hall, 60, of Rockmart, was arrested October 18, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of theft by taking.

Remell Knox, 38, of Rome, was arrested October 19, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of possession of hydrocodon­e and drugs not in the original container.

Wesley Basean Parker, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested October 19, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession of cocaine, possession and use of drug related objects, and windshield/window/wiper requiremen­ts.

Jonathan Lee Ragsdale, 34, of cedartown, was arrested October 19, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of six counts of forgery - 4th degree and elder abuse-exploit/inflict pain to/ deprive essential services to disabled person or elder person.

Miranda B Steed, 22, of Rockmart, was arrested October 19, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

Tiffany Cheyenne Steed, 29,of Rockmart, was arrested October 19, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
