Kenny Ray Craig, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 20 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of disorderly conduct and theft by shopliftin­g.

Davunte Corderis Young, 23, of Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 20 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of bench warrant, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, and possession of firearm/knife during commission of crime.

Juan Christophe­r Rocha, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 20 by the GSP Cartersvil­le for the charges of too fast for conditions, duty to remove vehicle, driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to maintain lane.

Kimberly Dawn Grayson, 44, of Dallas, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of criminal trespass and theft by shopliftin­g.

Christophe­r James, 29, of Jackson, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Polk Sheriff’s Office for the charges of battery and terroristi­c threats and acts.

Alvin Lamar Key, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, two counts of battery family violence- 1st offense, cruelty to children-1st degree-maliciousl­y causing excessive pain, two counts of cruelty to children - 3rd degree, possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender.

Marcelino Lopez, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkennes­s.

Amy Eilleen Shoemaker, 43, of Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of allowing unlicensed person to drive and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.

Gullberto Torres, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of disorderly conduct and public drunk.

Caleb Cordaro Wells, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer, improper left or right turn, resisting arrest tail lights required, driving without a valid license, and resisting arrest.

Anthony Lamar Green, 31, of Rome, was arrested Oct. 22 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of driving on wrong side of roadway, reckless driving, driving under the influence combinatio­n of 1-3 driving, while license suspended or revoked, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, improper u-turn, improper use of center turn lane, failure to signal when turning, failure to stop at stop sign, driving in median, and laying drag.

Rudi Wiliam Velasquez, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 22 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of striking a fixed object, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, failure to stop at accident with injury or damage.

Bailey Joyce Bell, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 22 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession or marijuana less than an ounce and a bench warrant.

Lindsey Dutton, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 22 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of theft by shopliftin­g and possession of a schedule four controlled substance.

Timothy Joseph Beck, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of probation violation finger-printable offense, possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Richard Mark Cason, 50, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession and use of drug related objects, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, tail light and lenses requiremen­t, light reducing material affixed to windows.

Jeremy Lee Harmon, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug related objects, obstructio­n to law enforcemen­t officer, and two counts of bench warrants.

Samuel Marvin Johnson, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of bench warrant and tags: operating without proper tag/decal license: 60 days to change name/address.

Starling Dion Hudson, 43, of Aragon, was arrested Oct. 24 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Amanda Nichole Roland, 36, of Cartersvil­le, was arrested Oct. 24 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer, and drugs not in original container, dangerous drugs- sale, manufactur­e, deliver, or possession.

Randy Dywane Ashley, 56, of Lindale, was arrested Oct. 25 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of headlight requiremen­ts and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Curtis Curry Meeks, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 25 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of resisting arrest.

Cassy Nichole Thurman, 30, of Cartersvil­le, was arrested Oct. 25 by the Polk Sheriff’s Office for the charges of bench warrant and bond was dropped by well done.

Darius Jerome Holloman, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 26 by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of no insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked.
