Mrs. Laura Doloras Trapp (Granny), age 84, of Cedartown, passed away Friday, Oct. 27, 2017.

She was born on April 13, 1933, and lived the greater part of her life in Rome, where she was a graduate of Rome High School.

Mrs. Trapp was an active member of Fellowship Baptist Church where she loved taking church trips, Sunday School and WMU.

One of her favorite hobbies was baking, especially pumpkin bread and banana bread and she had a great love for her grandchild­ren.

She spent her working career at Rome Paper and later Dillard Paper where she retired after many years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands: Edward Rairdon and Douglas Trapp.

Survivors include her daughter, Genita Jones; three grandchild­ren: Tara Campbell ( Marshall), Haley Monteith, and Brook Cox ( Jason); 17 great grandchild­ren: Jacob, Mallory, Trevor, Austin, Chevy, Candace, Chris, Jackson, Bryson, Slade, Emmalyn, Alex, Katie, Hunter, Chase, Ally and Ridge; 16 greatgreat grandchild­ren: Aryn, Troy, Annaley, Lane, Ellamarie, Carson, Hayden, Liddy, Blakley, Truitt, Ryley, Weston, Colton, Rayne, Trace and Shelton; and sister, Evelyn Seivert Vermillion.

Memorial s ervices were held Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017 at 2 p.m. at East View Baptist Church with Rev. Reginald Campbell officiatin­g.
