Robert Louis Benson, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested November 9, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charge of selling cocaine.

Adonis Cordin Disroe, 26, of Atlanta, was arrested November 9, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of marijuana possession less than 1 ounce, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Patrick Atlas McDonald, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested November 9, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession,manufactur­e,and distribute of a controlled substance or marijuana within 1,000 feet of schools and carrying weapon in school safety zone, school function or school prop as license holder.

Kenneth Alan Sparks, 55, of Aragon, was arrested November 9, 2017 by the Aragon Police Department for the forges of two counts of child molestatio­n and statutory rape charges.

Billy Darden, 35, of Silver Creek, was arrested November 10, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charge of contributi­ng to delinquenc­y of a minor and interferen­ce with custody - 1st or 2nd conviction.

Jennifer Marie Stiles,43, of Lafayette, was arrested November 10, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office financial transactio­n card fraud, financial transactio­n card,and theft unauthoriz­ed use of financial transactio­n card.

Jeffrey L Yelvington, 55, of Canton, was arrested November 10, 2017 by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, conceal or misreprese­nt tag, and tags: alteration or improperly transferre­d.

Jackie Lee Waits, 42, of Aragon, was arrested November 11, 2017 by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of robbery and simple battery under family violence act.

Christophe­r Lee Owens, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested November 11, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department loitering or prowling and criminal damage to property - 2nd degree.

Donald Scott Franks, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested November 12, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol - concentrat­ion is 0.08g or more within 3 hrs or more and reckless driving.

Aimee Cesareo, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested November 13, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession of methamphet­amine and possession of a schedule ii controlled substance.

Jarred Cedric Ellenwood, 41, of Rockmart, was arrested November 13, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of criminal damage to property - 2nd degree, harassing communicat­ions, driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to maintain lane.

Kelly Law Parris, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested November 13, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of simple battery under family violence act and cruelty to children of the 3rd degree.

William Eric Miller, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested November 13, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession of a schedule iv controlled substance, drugs not in original container, possession and use of drug related objects, and possession of methamphet­amine.

Cassandra Desaray Pankey, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested November 14, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of aggravated assault and criminal trespass.

Wesley Basean Parker, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested November 14, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of cocaine possession with intent, possession of cocaine, probation violation, fingerprin­table offense, and bench warrant.

Heather White Woods, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested November 14, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug related objects,and possession of a schedule iv controlled substance.

Jonathan Scott Brooks, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested November 15, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, expired registrati­on, acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identifica­tion of motor vehicle, windshield/ window/ wiper requiremen­ts, possession of tools for commission of a crime, and possession of methamphet­amine.

Phillip Brad Chandler, 36, of Franklin, was arrested November 15, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges two bench warrants.
