Stanley Maurice Battle, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested November 24, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of probation violation finger-printable offense, obstruction of law enforcement officers, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, cocaine possession with intent, and marijuana purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale.

Melanie Ann Dyer, 40, of Aragon, was arrested November 25, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol - concentration is 0.08g or more within 3 hrs or more.

Kayla Brittany Espeseth, 29, of Dallas, was arrested November 25, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, expired registration, and probation violation finger-printable offense.

Davares Laron Frazier, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested November 25, 2017 by the DNR Law Enforcement Section for the charges of possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender ,possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Sandra Jeanette Moerlins, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested November 24, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of disorderly conduct, two counts of failure to obey traffic control device, and reckless driving laying drag.

Kevin James Shipp, 30, of Aragon, was arrested November 25, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of no insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Rodolpo Vicente Vealsquez, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested November 26, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of driving without a valid license, failure to maintain lane, and texting under 18 with accident involved.

Patrick Shaw Waldrop, 48, of Taylorsville, was arrested November 25, 2017 by the DNR Law Enforcement Section for the charges of killing deer at night, hunting upon or discharging weapons across a public road, and hunting at night with aid of light.

Hardy William Wilcox, 55, of Rome, was arrested November 25, 2017 by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and expired registration.

Brandy Rene Emerson, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested November 27, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession and use of drug related objects.

Larry Benjamin Langford, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested November 27, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects.

Rodger Ivey Dale Pointer, was arrested November 27, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of aggravated stalking.

Wessley Norman Lefurgey, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested November 28, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol - concentration is 0.08g or more within 3 hrs or more and no brake lights or working turn signals.

Phillip Kirk Lindsey, 50, of Cedartown, was arrested November 28, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of Driving under the influence of drugs and following too closely.

Jason Dewayne Yancey, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested November 28, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of Driving under the influence of drugs and driving without a valid license.

Tristen Drake Bright, 17, of Dallas, was arrested on November 29, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Burglary in the first degree.

Matthew Michael Johnson, 31, of Cedartown, turned himself into the Polk County Jail on November 29, 2017 on charges of cruelty to children in the second degree, reckless conduct, battery and simple battery.

Maurice Alexander Lewis, 46, of Aragon, was arrested by the Polk County Police Department on November 29, 2017 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign.

James Ervin Millhollan, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on November 29, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, obstruction of law enforcement officers and probation violation finger-printable offense.

Felicia Lacrane Wall, 42, of a Rockmart address, was arrested by the Rockmart Police Department on November 29, 2017 on charges of DUI - less safe - drugs and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.

Krissy Machelle Brand, 26 of Rockmart, was arrested on November 30, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of probation violation finger-printable offense, possession of drug related objects, second degree burglary, theft by receiving stolen property and possession or control of any controlled substances.

Dontavious Demond Darden, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on November 30, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of second degree burglary, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession and use of drug related objects, probation violation finger-printable offense and a bench warrant.
