Christy Nicole Bagley, 30, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 9, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of simple assault.

Jeffery Lamont Owens, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 9, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of simple battery, unlawfully entering guard lines to deliver controlled substance to inmate, and having drugs outside of the original container.

Warren Turner Mcconnell, 35, of Kingston, was arrested on Feb. 9, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of simple battery and possession of firearm or knife during an attempt to commit certain felonies.

Joshua Dakota Barron, 24, of Boaz, Ala., was arrested on Feb. 9, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, and marijuana possession.

Steven Kane Crider, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 9, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, possession of marijuana, and license violation.

William Toby Edmonds, 48, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 9, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charge of theft by shopliftin­g.

Mae Leigh Woods, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 9, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charge of public drunkennes­s.

Colby Lee Pope, 32, of Silver Creek, was taken into custody on Feb. 10, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to stop at a stop sign, criminal trespassin­g, driving without valid license, driving on wrong side of roadway, and obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Joseph Corey Money, 32, of Rome, was arrested on Feb. 10, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of speeding and DUI.

Brian Lee Guice, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Tylar Lydell Jackson, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of possession of marijuana and drug-related objects.

Quincy Lashun Lester, 24, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of theft by receiving stolen property, obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, simple battery, theft by taking, obstructin­g or hindering persons making an emergency telephone call.

Sireta Patel, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charge of criminal trespassin­g.

Bailey Joyce Well, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 12, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charge of loitering.

David Steven Crider, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 12, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of driving unsafely, driving improperly equipped, and loitering.

Sjean Austin Hurley, 23, of Rockmart was arrested on Feb. 12, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of speeding, having expired registrati­on, and driving while license was suspended or revoked.

Amanda Nichole Mosley, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 12, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charge of hindering apprehensi­on of a felon.

Ibraham Ahmed, 30, of Arlington, Texas, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2018 by ISC- Agent Butler on the charge of theft by taking.

Robert Shawn Formby, 41, of Aragon, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, defective equipment, marijuana possession, windshield/ window/wiper requiremen­ts, unregister­ed vehicle, and no insurance, meth possession.

Hector Uriel Rivera, 34, of Albertvill­e, Ala., was arrested on Feb. 13, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of failure to stop for the bus while loading or unloading and driving without a valid license.

Lucas Stephens, 22, of Carrolton, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charge of public drunkennes­s.

Donald Todd Taylor, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 13, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of having an open container of alcohol in car, driving while license suspended or revoked, and marijuana possession.

Kurt Andrew Dyer, 51, of Silver Creek, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to maintain lane.

William Joseph Henson, 33, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of failure to register as a sex offender, failure to comply with requiremen­ts, and providing false informatio­n.

Ryan Alley Jolly, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of impeding traffic, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and meth possession.

Melissa Elaine Jones, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of disorderly conduct and loitering.

Jimmy Shane Keane, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charge of meth possession.

Rex Crawford Love, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charge of criminal trespassin­g.

Sheila Ann Mcdowell, 51, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charge of theft by taking.

Destany L. Monroe, 20, of Calhoun, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of disorderly conduct, failure to dim headlights, and marijuana possession.

Kenneth Lee Moore, 51, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of simple assault, battery, and elder abuse.

Javonta Lamar Springer, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charge of marijuana possession.

Sergio Guadalupe Ayala, 41, of Larado, Texas, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charge of marijuana possession.

Judith A. Bradley, 68, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of cruelty to children.

Ricky Joseph Brooks, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of driving without insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Kristie Richelle Fallin, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of marijuana possession, acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing the identity of a motor vehicle, and canceled registrati­on.

Johnny Dewayne Kelley, 29, of Boaz, Ala., was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charges of failing to maintain lane and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Haley Michelle Mallette, 22, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Cartersvil­le GSP on the charges of tire requiremen­ts, DUI, and expired registrati­on.

Curtis Curry Meeks, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charge of marijuana possession.

Sireta Patel, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department on the charge of first-degree Arson.

David Keith Ragan, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department on the charge of having obstructed view in an automobile.

Keith Simon, 43, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of marijuana possession and using a license not updated 60 days after having a new address.

Gary Lee Thomas, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department on the charge of possession and use of drug-related objects.
