Fossil find
During a visit to the Standard Journal, 12-year-old Autum and 11-year-old Tori Turner hold up what their grandfather Herman believes are fossils found on property owned by a friend in Polk County. The trio stopped by the newspaper office with the find, and are hoping the specimens can be identified with the help of local teachers and officials at the Tellus Science Museum in Cartersville.
