Arrest Reports

Mercedes Beranna Cochran, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 15, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

Lana Jill Guthrie, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 15, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Austin Donald Crumley, 18, of Aragon, was arrested on June 15, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of two counts of theft by taking and possession of a firearm or knife during attempt of or commission of a crime.

Hayden Brent Rayburn, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 15, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Steven Kyle Timms, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 15, 2018, by the GSP Cartersville on the charges of homicide by vehicle in the first degree, marijuana possession, contributing to the deprivation of a minor, DUI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving without a seat belt, serious injury by vehicle, and driving too fast for conditions.

Cherie Lindsey, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 15, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane, DUI, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

Craig Stanley Ford, 54, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on June 16, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of marijuana possession, purchase, manufacture, distribution, or sale.

Simone Sade Washington, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 16, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects and meth possession.

Jeffrey Drew Fuqua, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 16, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI, four counts of possession of a schedule IV substance, and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Steven Michael Nation, 26, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on June 16, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault.

Carlton Ragsdale, 24, of Dallas, was taken into custody on June 16, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of reckless driving, failing to meet operating procedures for an off-road vehicle, driving a motorcycle without a helmet, driving without insurance, driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, passing in a no-pass zone, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, two counts of failure to use turn signal, driving on the sidewalk, failure to stop at a stop sign, and resisting arrest.

Jacob Henry, 26, of Brandon, Ms, was arrested on June 16, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

William Jeffery Currie, 60, of Aragon, was arrested on June 17, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of battery.

Jeremy Scott Hayes, 43, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on June 17, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of terroristic threats and acts.

Dwight Holsey, 50, of Silver Creek, was taken into custody on June 17, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple battery.

Tiffany Carroll Hooper, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 17, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of simple battery.

James Lamar Kelley, 36, of Buchanan, was arrested on June 17, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Justino Trejo, 46, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 17, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, and driving without a valid license.

Ricky Lee Venable, 64, of Aragon, was arrested on June 17, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.

Kierre Burge, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of meth possession, cocaine possession, cruelty to children, and battery.

Bryan Ray Folsom, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling, theft by taking, criminal damage to property, and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Mykel Franklin, 22, of Aragon, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession and use of drug-related objects, possessing drugs outside of their original container, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and theft by taking.

John Trevor George, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of cruelty to children and affray.

Edward Caleb Graham, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of two counts of cruelty to children, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and battery.

Erika Rene Hill, 17, of Camilla, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery.

Tonya Sue Jackson, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling, theft by taking, criminal damage to property, and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Ray Lee, 62, of Rome, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

William Andrew Owen, 30, of Aragon, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Juan Perez, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of cruelty to children and affray.

Zachary Shane Pointer, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Jonathan Simavath, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 18, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jenny Marie White, 35, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on June 18, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by receiving stolen properties.

John Gage Blumenfield, 28, of Odenville, was arrested on June 19, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and speeding in excess of limits.

Spencer David Bonner, 28, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 19, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession, meth possession with intent, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by convicted felon or first offender, possession of a knife or firearm during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and possession of tools for commission of a crime.

Dewayne Wade Cook, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 19, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Jon Taylor McGee, 27, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on June 19, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.

Jeffery Murphy, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 19, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple assault and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Maggie Marie Wheeler, 31, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on June 19, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of disorderly conduct.

Dwight Lashon Darby, 44, of Cartersville, was arrested on June 20, 2018, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and speeding in excess of limits.

Barry Michael Mason, 61, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 20, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Courtney Pappalardo. 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 20, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Zachary Dan Sherman, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 20, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery and simple assault.

Joshua Shane Waddell, 40, of Cave Spring, was arrested on June 20, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, criminal trespassing, and loitering or prowling.

Thomas Calhoun, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 21, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of a pistol or revolver while underage, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, and two counts of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Kaleel King, 18, of Carrollton, was arrested on June 21, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Jessi Lee Puckett, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 21, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a seat belt, no license on person, and improper parking.

Herschel James Waddell, 38, of Rome, was arrested on June 21, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft of services.
