Demetris Lashaun Huggins, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery.

Charles Wayne Williams, 40, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Aug. 31, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Dustin Ray Taylor, 30, of Tallapoosa, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession and speeding in excess limits.

Hugh Evans Massingill, 53, of Resaca, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Frances Jean Elmer, 28, of Euharlee, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Maci Lauren Temple, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving with expired registration, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, DUI, and hit and run.

Kobe Keon Turner, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property in another state, possession and carrying a concealed weapon without a license, and pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another.

Hunter Edward Fincher, 29, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Sept. 1, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of marijuana possession.

Diamond Garrett, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Tomas Lopezcastro, 22, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Jonathan William Bokemeyer, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 2, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless driving, passing in a no passing zone, driving too fast for conditions, and driving without a valid license.

Marcus Shareese Pope, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 2, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of headlight requirements and theft by receiving stolen property.

John Wallace Graham, 29, of Clarksville, was arrested on Sept. 2, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, obstruction of law enforcement officers, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, driving without tail lights or tag lights, driving without insurance, driving with suspended registration, acquiring license plate for purpose of concealment, and failure to maintain lane.

Roberto Vargas Cornejo, 39, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Sept. 2, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of DUI, driving without a valid license, and failure to maintain lane.

Nicholas Logan Damron, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons below the legal age, DUI, simple assault, criminal damage to property, and public indecency.

Carole Jordan Hicks, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Hugh Evans Massingill, 53, of Resaca, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Kelly Law Parris, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery, criminal trespassing, cruelty to children, marijuana possession, meth possession, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Sean Perdigon, 36, of Temple, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

April Deanna Walls, 43, of Rome, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Teresa Dawn Cotton, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of forgery.

Daniel Lee Easterwood, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Carey McPherson, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of expired registration and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Heather Oneal, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Wayne Malone Pierce, 43, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Sept. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of forgery and elder abuse.

Ciera Nichole Pike, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing, loitering or prowling, and disorderly conduct.

Anthony Tumpson, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 4, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and loitering or prowling.

Candace Artis, 36, of Austell, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Asturo Reynoso, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of identity theft fraud and aggravated identity fraud.

Craig Michael Smith, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Jacob Wallace, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Ricky Lee Adams, 43, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Jessica Christine Bolden, 28, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft of receiving stolen property and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Rebecca Ann Dawson, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Gabriel Diamond, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of battery, terroristic threats and acts, burglary, and criminal trespassing.

Catherine Leann Gallaway, 49, of Piedmont, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, acquiring license plate for the purpose of concealment, and theft by receiving stolen property.

Kenneth Scott Gamel, 49, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.

Tyler Hamrick, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of forgery, meth possession, and loitering or prowling.

Kevin King, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, possessing defective equipment, and theft by receiving stolen property.

Raymond Murphy, 57, of Aragon, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and theft by receiving stolen property.

April Smith, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.
