Arrest Reports

The following arrests were reported during the Thanksgiving holiday and after from Wednesday, Nov. 21 through Thursday, Nov. 29 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Barbara June Blackwood, 66, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Nov. 21, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possessing drugs outside of their original container.

Kristy Jones, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 21, 2018, by the DTF-Polk was arrested on charges of three counts of possession and use of drug-related objects, two counts of meth possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, and selling, manufacturing, delivering, or possessing dangerous drugs.

Dewayne Lee Lovingood, 39, of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Nov. 21, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by conversion.

Dontavious Cameron Luke, 18, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Nov. 21, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession and use of drugrelated objects and selling, manufacturing, delivering, or possessing dangerous drugs.

Dondi Demontre Pryor, 41, of Silver Creek, was taken into custody on Nov. 21, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of theft by shoplifting.

Jessi Lee Puckett, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 21, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

William Dalton Yarbrough, 21, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Nov. 21, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of three counts of theft by taking, theft by deception, and theft by receiving stolen property.

Ronald Eugene Kelley, 55, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Denise Whatley Patterson, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery, two counts of cruelty to children, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and giving false, name, address, or birthdate to a law enforcement officer.

Kevin Lee Baxter, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 23, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery and cruelty to children.

Augusto Castro, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 23, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with suspended registration and driving without a valid license.

Leonel Lucas, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 23, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and four counts of child seatbelt violations.

Jimmy Lee Lyles, 41. of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 23, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of alteration or improperly transferred, driving without a valid license, and failure to use turn signal.

Clarence Edward Calhoun, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 25, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jason Balaam Lovig, 38, of Riverdale, was arrested on Nov. 25, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by taking and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Kathryn Marie Predovan, 40, of Douglasville, was arrested on Nov. 25, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI, reckless driving, and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.Kevin Blake Rampley, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 25, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Tevian Markrz Williams, 25, of Rome, was arrested on Nov. 25, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marijuana possession, two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance with intent, two counts of crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent, seatbelt violations, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marijuana possession, intent to manufacture, sell, or distribute controlled substance, obstruction of law enforcement officers, identity theft, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to a law enforcement officer.

Timothy Morris Williams, 22, of Rome, was arrested on Nov. 25, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of not possessing drivers license on person, failure to maintain lane, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Charles James Gray, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 26, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of battery.

Jimmy Wesley Johnson, 45, of Rome, was taken into custody on Nov. 26, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of stalking.

Jessica Ann Kovacs, 35, of Lyerly, was arrested on Nov. 26, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Kathy Chelsea Cochran, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 27, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Paul Brandon Greenway, 46, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Nov. 27, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft of services.

Charlotte Kay Rose, 46, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 27, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without insurance, and driving without a license on person.

Dakota Lamar Smith, 30, of Aragon, was arrested on Nov. 27, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and holding or supporting a device while driving.

Kaley Louise Brown, 25, of Dallas, was taken into custody on Nov. 28, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery.

Jason Lamar Deems, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Houston Cody Pointer, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Alain Saint-Louis, 32, of Silver Creek, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended tag, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and obstruction.

Alexander Blake Williams, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession.

Shandon Dejuan Williams, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of false reporting of a crime.

Corey Archer, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 29, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of elder abuse, simple assault, and battery.

Lester Conrad Swihart, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 29, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with impaired brake lights and turn signals.
