Dana Kristine Morgan, 21, of Calhoun, was arrested on Nov. 30, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of marijuana possession and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Ciera Nichole Pike, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 1, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassin­g, meth possession, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Anthony Samuel Tumpson, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 1, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassin­g, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, and drugs without consent.

Bonita Baines, 54, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession and possession and use of drugrelate­d objects.

Brian Keith Hudgins, 42, of Dallas, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2018, by the GSP Cartersvil­le on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Aaron Dilan Johnson, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

James Edward Preston, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers and aggravated stalking.

Donald Todd Taylor, 49, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 30, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, open container violation, driving without a seatbelt, marijuana possession, and speeding.

Kevin Wayne York, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of burglary.

Tylar Douglass Carlile, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Christophe­r Michael Creselious, 23, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of reckless conduct and discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street.

Miami Dontavious Dyer, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with expired or no drivers license, marijuana possession, obstructin­g and impeding traffic, and failure to maintain lane.

Jonathan Elton Guy, 44, of Lithia Springs, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Steven Daniel Myers, 34, of Douglasvil­le, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession.

Ronny Heath Norton, 46, of Temple, was taken into custody on Dec. 3, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane.

Brenda Elizabeth Santana, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shopliftin­g.

Colby Lynn Bevels, 27, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, suspended registrati­on, and no insurance.

Laura Gonzalez, 56, of Taylorsvil­le, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Nicholia Grimmes, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license, driving without a seatbelt, and operating a car without proper tags or decals.

Stacia James, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shopliftin­g.

Nicholas Ray Jones, 25, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officers, driving without a valid license, acquiring license plate for the purpose of concealing identifica­tion of a motor vehicle, and driving without a seatbelt.

Tracy Lamar Murphy, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and expired registrati­on.

Ashlyn Nikole Nichols, 19, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Mark Kevin Nichols, 57, of Calimesa, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving on the wrong side of the roadway, DUI, reckless driving, meth possession, and possessing drugs outside of their original container.

Ace Serna, 40, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassin­g.

Frederick Woods, 36, of Rome, was taken into custody on Dec. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespassin­g and simple battery.

Jerry Max Bates, 70, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.

Victor Duane Dostart, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Maurice Harrell, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 5, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of failure to yield while turning left and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Frederick Undreau Woods, 36, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of stalking, crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, or drugs without consent, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, and possessing drugs outside of their original container.

Ruth Annette Kyle, 20, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons below legal age, and giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officers.
