David Chavez Lopez, 30, of Chamblee, was arrested on Dec. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with missing or impaired tag lights and driving without a valid license.

Robert Chad Prater, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without brake lights or working turn signals and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Alford Artavious Tyshon, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Robert Russell Worley, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to report accident with injury or death.

Justin Ray Brown, 28, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated stalking.

Nicholas Logan Damron, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane and marijuana possession.

Philip David Hood, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft of services, theft by taking, and damaging, injuring, or interfering with property of public utility companies.

Alaska Shane Fields, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Jeffery Lee Hodges, 58, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 9, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI and driving with missing or impaired headlights.

Tremayne Davis Dustin, 30, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 9, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of reckless driving, DUI, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Alejandro Martinez, 28, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 9, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI, driving without a valid license, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Brittney Leigh Money, 28, of Rome, was taken into custody on Dec. 9, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Tina Lynn Smith, 53, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Dec. 9, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of four counts of financial transaction card fraud and three counts of forgery.

Ashley Elizabeth Asad, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Johnnie Lynn Costley, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Kristina Hart Fears, 39, of Bremen, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, loitering or prowling, and acquiring a license plate for purpose of concealing identification of a motor vehicle.

Lori Jo Samples, 46, of Lithia Springs, was arrested on Dec. 11, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Oliver Watkins Ashley, 44, of Lindale, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with an obscured license plate.

Amanda Leighann Culp, 30, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Alaska Shane Fields, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of two counts of burglary, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespassing.

Tabitha Gail Formby, 39, of Buchanan, was taken into custody on Dec. 12, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, and reckless driving.

Davares Laron Frazier, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery.

Valishia Lynn Teeters, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of two counts of burglary, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespassing.

Zachary Scott Bright, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Christopher Lee Cargile, 31, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Jesse Duane Jackson, 36, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness and loitering or prowling.

James Randall Messick, 48, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Dec. 13, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Christopher Todd Myers, 27, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Dec. 13, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children.

Shelby Savannah Walker, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and DUI.
