Arrest Reports

Jose Luis Cano, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 14, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving too fast for conditions and DUI.

Randolph Wesson Thompson, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 14, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

David Brian Vanostrand, 54, of Lindale, was arrested on Dec. 14, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving without insurance, driving with expired registration, and driving without a valid license.

Warren Keith Ashley, 49, of Centre, Alabama, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2018, by the DNR Law Enforcement Section on charges of hunting from a vehicle, killing a deer at night, and hunting upon or discharging weapons across a public road.

Cedric Terrell Goodwin, 41, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Dec. 15, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of marijuana possession.

Michael Hood, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession, marijuana possession, possession and use of drugrelated objects, and bond drop.

Sheli Spates Jones, 46, of Lakemont, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Channing Kaytes Wallace, 21, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of manufacturing, delivering, distributing, administering, selling, and possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession and use of drug-related objects, meth possession, and marijuana possession.

Jenny Marie White, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Arttie Lavelle Price, 46, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of rape.

Kathy Chelsea Cochran, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering.

Johnnie Lynn Costley, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Alex Lee Potts, 38, of Buchanan, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without insurance, tag or registration requirements, two counts of meth possession, possession of a firearm by convicted felon or first offender, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession and carrying concealed weapon without a license, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Alvin Lee Stocks, 58, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Dec. 16, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault.

Troy Morgan Beaty, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of limits, reckless driving, marijuana possession, and defective equipment.

James William Bishop, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, manufacturing, distributing, administering, selling, and possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possessing drugs outside of their original container, possession and use of drug-related objects, and driving without insurance.

Chadd Jamille Philpot, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of three counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, marijuana possession, possessing drugs outside of their original container, and violating the open container rule.

Marco Valdez-Sergura, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and holding or supporting a device while driving.

Brett Reed Maiden, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 18, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Blake Lamar Pinkard, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 18, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and seatbelt violations.

Derrick Franklin Adams, 46, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 19, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Darrell Delaine Green, 33, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 19, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of sexual battery against a child under 16 and child molestation.

Daniel Clay Hulsey, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 19, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.

Meagan Hillary Jernigan, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 19, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of failure to obey traffic control device and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Cassandra Desaray Pankey, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 19, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jeffery Daniel Pankey, 60, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 19, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Mike Wallace Andrews, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of two counts of employing or using a minor to engage in or assist a person in sexually explicit conduct for a visual medium.

Mitchell Bright, 46, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Dec. 20, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by taking and criminal trespassing.

Kimberly Tate Earwood, 43, of Dallas, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Tyler Lane Mobbs, 21, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Dec. 20, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery.

John William Waddell, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Brandon A. Williamson, 27, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery and two counts of cruelty to children.
