Wayne Lamar Turner, 70, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 4, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Lonnie Holiday, 67, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 4, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, DUI, failure to maintain lane, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, and passing on the shoulder of the roadway.

Jonathan Andrew Bradshaw, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Dustin Shane Brand, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Hobert William Wooten, 29, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 5, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 32 counts of forgery and elder abuse.

John Thomas Hossman, 47, of Dallas, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by taking, adult seatbelt violations, driving without insurance, driving with expired registration, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and failure to meet windshield, wiper, or window requirements.

Kyle Morgan Kramer, 24, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Robert Joseph Ripley, 19, of Kennesaw, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons below the legal age limit.

Christopher Franklin Keeton, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana and meth possession.

Jeffrey Scott Knox, 31, of Euharlee, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Tiffany Lynn Spencer, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession and failure to meet headlight requirements.

Brandie Latrice Carey, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of simple battery and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Albert Michael Daniels, 61, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of elder abuse and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Nole Saucedo Duarte, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of passing in a no pass zone and driving without a valid license.

Kierra McCain, 25, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Earnest Tarell Turner, 41, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and DUI.

Richard Turner, 19, of Bremen, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, marijuana possession, and failure to exercise due care.

Alicia Gaydon Wiggins, 32, of Hiram, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession, child seatbelt violations, possession and use of drug-related objects, and failure to change address on license within sixty days.

Malcolm Franklin Williams, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 8, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and following too closely.

Venice Cooper, 61, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Dequaylon Montrae Finley, 21, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 9, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of reckless conduct, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions, driving the wrong way on a one way street, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Christy Lynn Lester, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, battery, obstructing or hindering persons making emergency telephone calls, and false imprisonment.

Ezekiel Shafford, 22, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 9, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of child seatbelt violations and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Robert Kennedy Carr Brown, 54, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Chevy Anne Couzzort, 40, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

Jamie Jeanine Forrister, 39, of Cave Spring, was arrested on Jan. 1, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of battery.

Michael Wayne Graham, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of battery.

Stephen Ron Price, 23, of Powder Springs, was taken into custody on Jan. 10, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of statutory rape, sodomy, child molestation, and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

Terry Shawn Vines, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession and use of drugrelated objects and marijuana possession.
