Arrest Reports

Joshua Dwayne Bailey, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and not meeting windshield, window, or wiper requirements.

Bradley Evan Sheffield, 28, of Temple, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of cruelty to children, simple battery, and criminal trespassing.

Mike Edward Statham, 64, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 25, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of sexual battery.

Melanie Lynn Summers, 35, of Silver Creek, was taken into custody on Jan. 25, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by deception.

Kenneth Lamar Winston, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Rohan Omar Wright, 43, of Lithia Springs, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Teri Lyn Horton, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of reckless driving and DUI.

Alexander Scott Goss, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 26, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, obstruction of law enforcement officers, impeding the flow of traffic, and driving without a valid license.

Carlton Ragsdale, 25, of Dallas, was arrested on Jan. 26, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery.

Harley Eugene Brown, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drugrelated objects, seat belt violations, DUI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving too fast for conditions, failure to stop at a stop sign, altering or improperly transferring tags, expired registration, improper left or right turn, serious injury by vehicle, and driving without a valid license.

Robin Ann Gibbs, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Sylvester Herndon, 63, of Rome, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Wilson-Marco Antonio Macario-Aguilar, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Griselda Ramirez Martinez, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with missing or impaired headlights and driving without a valid license.Stanley Craig Brown, 52, of Rome, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects, meth possession, obstruction of law enforcement officers, altering or improperly transferring tags, and driving without a valid license.

Douglas Ray Colvin, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of giving a false name, address, or birth date to a law enforcement officer and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Johnnie Lynn Costley, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of forgery and littering public or private properties or waters.

Joseph Travis Lindsey, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without brake lights or working turn signals, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and giving a false name, address, or birth date to law enforcement officers.

Rodrigo Perez Mendez, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of affixing materials that reduce or increase light transmission or reflectance, holding or supporting a device while driving, and driving without a valid license.

Bryant Lionell Pickett, 24, of Atlanta, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, speeding in excess of maximum limits, and failure to yield for authorized emergency vehicle.

Valisha Lynn Teeters, 43, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 28 by the Rockmart Police Department on chages of three counts of theft by shoplifting.

Eleazar Velasquez-Vasquez, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving without a valid license.

Jason Allen Bailey, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by taking and theft by deception.

Nathaniel Clackum, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Antonio Kelix Gay, 20, of Atlanta, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

John Patrick Williamson, 53, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of two counts of altering or improperly transferring tags, failing to meet headlight requirements, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving with expired registration, driving without insurance, and driving with suspended registration.

Jessica Blankenship, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of burglary, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and marijuana possession.

Tina Michelle Boober, 52, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.
