Matthew John Davis, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, DUI, driving without insurance, and failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object.

Deaunte Lamar Holden, 29, of Carrollton, was taken into custody on Feb. 15, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of rape, statutory rape, aggravated child molestation, sexual battery against children, and theft by taking.

Dewitt Holsey, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Nancy Nicole Huddleston, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Jerome Jonathan Means, 40, of Buchanan, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and suspended registration.

Adonias Ramirez, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Jennifer Cowart Roland, 40, of Morgantown, was arrested on Feb. 15, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, DUI, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Jessica Louise Jones, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of injuring, tearing down or destruction of mailboxes.

Alexander Scott Goss, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Mark Anthony Harris, 25, of Douglasville, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and seat belt violations.

James Leonard Maloy, 26, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by taking.

Lelia Tracey Borders, 48, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of deposit account fraud.

Emily Mae Cole, 26, of Kingston, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of following too closely and stalking.

Chevy Anne Couzzort, 40, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Michelle Dawn Crider, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of suspended registration and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Barry Neal, 55, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with suspended registration, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Norma Tomczak, 59, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Dekimbre Washington, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Saranne Marie Hossman, 40, of Dallas, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession and use of drugrelated objects, possessing drugs outside of their original containers, heroin possession, and forgery.

Jawon Chad Lovelace, 22, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of impeding the flow of traffic, DUI, and failure to maintain lane.

Crisostomo Ramirez, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Aranda Deshun Ore, 38, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Christi Levon Waters, 34, of Aragon, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession, heroin possession, possession and use of drugrelated objects, possessing drugs outside of their original containers, and tampering with evidence.

Kaleb Wayne Moss, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Nicholas Logan Damron, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of DUI, writing, sending, reading a textbased communication while driving, failure to maintain lane, purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana, driving without a valid license, and reckless driving.

Donald Schwartzenberger, 19, of Buchanan, was taken into custody on Feb. 18, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of marijuana possession.

Jason Ray Mandeville, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of open container violations and littering.

Otis Dustin Ferguson, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Christian Blaine Jones, 17, of Dallas, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of burglary, loitering or prowling, criminal trespassing, and public drunkenness.

Javotte Rodriquez Smith, 39, of Summerville, was taken into custody on Feb. 18, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of marijuana possession, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, possession and use of drug-related objects, reckless conduct, obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving without insurance, driving with suspended registration, and driving with suspended or revoked licenses.

Kayla Denise Guttery, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Little Willie McCain 32, of Rome, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

Alton Jamar McQuay, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery, criminal trespassing, and cruelty to children.

Stephanie Michelle Radford, 39, of Lindale, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of use of a communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony act and attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act.

Jeffery Jamar Davis, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of battery.

Michael Cortez Kent, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Devin Lee Quick, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

James Michael Taylor, 32, of Braselton, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Paola Zaragoza, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of failure to yield when entering roadway and driving without a valid license.

Anacleto Cantera, 59, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 21, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges failure to use a turn signal and driving without a valid license.

David Steven Crider, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 21, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of seat belt violations.

Guilivaldo Sotodiaz, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 21, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and speeding in excess of maximum limits.
