Dalandrain Lee Battle, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Nasia Jael Collins, 19, of Rome, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of manufacturing, delivering, distributing, or possession with intent of a controlled substance, and three counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

Jose Gilberto Alegriatovar, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Amanda Lynn Diamond, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing, theft by shoplifting, possession of a schedule V controlled substance, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and theft by receiving stolen property.

Ivan Diaz, 18, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on March 1, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, open container violation, and driving without a valid license.

Tina Marie Stroh, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, theft by shoplifting, and criminal trespassing.

Charles Lee Vandersommen, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects, meth possession, marijuana possession, drugs not in their original container, tire requirements, marijuana possession, two counts of defective equipment, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and meth possession.

Travale Lamar Farris, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.

Felecia Neal, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of deposit account fraud.

Jose Anthony Pineda, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Darrell John Goldsborough, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Mary Lisa Merritt, 54, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, two counts of possessing drugs outside of their original container, and two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

James Randall Messick, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Corey Archer, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Zachary Chris Bagley, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Richard Ance Bailey, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 1, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Mitchell Uzeal Bates, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 2, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of seatbelt violations and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Christopher Eugene Akins, 32, of Aragon, was arrested on March 2, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Tyson Eugene Wilson, 59, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 2, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Charles Kenneth Cook, 36, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on March 2, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by taking, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, manufacturing, distributing, or possession with intent of a explosive device, use of a communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony act, and conspiracy to traffic meth.

Cheryl Lynn Couch, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 2, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office charges on theft of services.

Susan Elaine Crocker, 47, of Aragon, was taken into custody on March 2, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, drugs not in their original container, possession and use of drugrelated objects, marijuana possession, meth possession, and two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

Betty Louise Moon, 68, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 2, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of elder abuse and theft by taking.

Marvin Sandoval-Chilel, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 2, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, driving without a valid license, seat belt violations, open container violations, and driving without a license.

Steven Kane Crider, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 3, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Stephen James Ballentine, 38, of Breman, was arrested on March 3, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Mae Leigh Woods, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 3, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Chevy Anne Couzzort, 40, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 4, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Matthew Lee Pierce, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 4, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving with expired registration, reckless driving, altering or improperly transferring tags.

Joshua Lee Thaxton, 28, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 4, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession and marijuana possession.

Rex Donald Adkins, 60, of Cave Spring, was arrested on March 5, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane, and failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object.

Anthony Joseph Lazzara, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Angela Carlette Lyle, 48, of Aragon, was arrested on March 5, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jason Adam Buffington, 44, of Sunny Side, Ga, was taken into custody on March 6, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault, battery, and two counts of cruelty to children.

Timberland Dennis, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 6, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and seat belt violations.

Bobby Ray Kell, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 6, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of burglary.

William Gerald McBee, 66, of Aragon, was arrested on March 6, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of two counts of meth possession and driving with missing or impaired tail lights.

Kobe Keon Turner, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 6, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, theft by receiving stolen property, and seat belt violations.

Buddy Oliver Carter, 71, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 7, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Samuel Troy Fortune, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 7, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and meth possession.

Destiny Leigh Kelley, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 7, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license, driving without brake lights, and driving without working tag lights.

Fredrick Moncreif, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 7, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession and meth possession.
