Charles Theodore Bell, 58, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 12, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jacqueline Leigh Harris, 53, of Rome, was taken into custody on July 12, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault.

Matthew Collin Spinks, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 12, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

William Scott Temple, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 12, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of violating the sex offender registry.

Thomas Dean Walker, 55, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 12, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession and tools for the commission of a crime, open container violation, and driving without working brake lights or turn signals.

Belinda Dangila West, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 12, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting and criminal trespassing.

Cherhonda Lachelle Martin, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 12, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Travis Allen Crunkleton, 18, of Silver Creek, was arrested on July 13, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting a police officer, reckless driving, failure to obey a traffic control device, open container violation, and making an improper left or right turn.

Iris Cruz, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 13, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without insurance and driving with a withdrawn license.

Stefannie Diana Hodgin, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 13, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children.

Timothy James Holcomb, 68, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 13, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, meth possession, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent.

Daniel Lee Jarrell, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 14, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by deception.

Helmer Rumualdo Martinez-Sandoval, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 14, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and making an improper stop on the roadway.

Rusty Lamar Mcelwee, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 14, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

James Allen Moates, 55, of Aragon, was arrested on July 14, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Steve Rangel, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 14, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failing to meet headlight requirements, DUI, and failure to yield right of way while turning.

Corey Alonzo Scott Almon, 23, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 15, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children.

Leon Harley Bowling, 34, of Lindale, was taken into custody on July 15, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of violating the sex offender registry.

Stacy Jo Collins, 47, of Austell, was arrested on July 15, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of keeping an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failing to exercise due care.

Anthony Hardin, 27, of Silver Creek, was arrested on July 15, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and obstructing law enforcement officers.

Keric Omar King, 17, of Carrolton, was arrested on July 15, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, two counts of obstructing law enforcement officers, marijuana possession, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and carrying a concealed weapon.

James Randall Messick, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 15, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of using city parks beyond prohibited times, possession and use of drug-related objects, and meth possession.

Rodney Palmer, 30, of Rome, was arrested on July 15, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, theft by receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and obstructing law enforcement officers.

Hugh Brian Bradley, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 16, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Kendra Davis, 23, of Rome, was arrested on July 16, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of theft of lost or mislaid property and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Cody Lamar Harrell, 25, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 16, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possessing drugs outside of their original container and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Jordan Christopher Kelley, 28, of Conyers, was arrested on July 16, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Ciera Nichole Pike, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 16, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of reckless conduct, meth possession, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.

Damario Quantae Rose, 31, of Lithonia, was arrested on July 16, 2019 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct and theft by shoplifting.

Deanna Jean Rose, 25, of Dallas, was arrested on July 16, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Sean Patrick Redwine, 33, of Rome, was arrested on July 17, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Tina Lynn Smith, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 17, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault and criminal trespassing.

Keitas Louis Spencer, 38, of Greenville, was arrested on July 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of obstructing law enforcement officers.

Billy Lugene Darden, 37, of Silver Creek, was arrested on July 18, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and driving with missing or impaired tag lights.

Gail Annette Gable, 58, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 18, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery and reckless conduct.

Tony Wayne Parker, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of three counts of terroristic threats and acts.

Kelley Connor Ruff, 52, of Aragon, was arrested on July 18, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of meth possession, obstruction of law enforcement officers, giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Dustin Andrew Truitt, 34, of Acworth, was arrested on July 18, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and reckless driving.
