Derik Adams, 48, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Edgar Sanchez, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI, driving without lighted headlights or other lights, and improper backing.

Alicia Moore Thomas, 41, of Aragon, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving with suspended registrati­on, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, or drugs without consent, and possessing drugs outside of their original container.

Chad Nelson Tucker, 41, of Aragon, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2019, by the DTFPolk on charges of conspiracy to possess meth and use of a communicat­ion facility in committing or facilitati­ng a felony act.

Rodney Lee Williams, 40, of Aragon, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and theft by taking.

James Edwin Morris, 48, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 12, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft of lost or mislaid property.

Michael Dakota Myhand, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 12, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by shopliftin­g.

Thomas Derek Williams, 28, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Oct. 12, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of disorderly conduct.

Dadrian Lain Brown, 20, of

Aragon, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated battery.

Billy Wayne Hooper, 45, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Oct. 13, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of burglary and theft by receiving stolen property.

Charles Jones, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a license on person, operating a vehicle without proper tags or decal, and DUI.

Donald Wayne Lashley, 49, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of operating without a proper tag or decal, hit and run, driving without insurance, and driving without a valid license.

Donny Shooks, 53, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Oct. 14, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery.

James Donald Sides, 38, of Rome, was arrested on Oct. 14, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with expired registrati­on and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Chadwick Thompson, 19, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Oct. 14, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery and false imprisonme­nt.

Jeffery Eddie Goddard, 49, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 15, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of giving a false name, address, or birth date to a law enforcemen­t officer.

Danyeal Renee Hammock, 34, of Buchanan, was arrested on Oct. 15, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shopliftin­g.

Girbaudere­k Samuel Nichols, 27, of Dallas, was arrested on Oct. 15, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Timothy Chad Pettyjohn, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 15, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassin­g, aggravated assault, false imprisonme­nt, and cruelty to children.

Courtney Latrell Turner, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 15, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Candus Nicole Bradley, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, sale, manufactur­e, delivery, or possession or dangerous drugs, theft by receiving, and marijuana possession.

Reuben Douglas Burge, 47, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, false imprisonme­nt, simple battery, and cruelty to children.

Trinity Nataijah Ford, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, cruelty to children, and disorderly conduct.

Yasmine Michae Foster, 20, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Oct. 16, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of false imprisonme­nt and battery.

Savannah Chyann Hunter, 27, of Rome, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without proof of insurance, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Justin Lee Williams, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of marijuana possession and sale, manufactur­e, delivery, or possession of dangerous drugs.

Nathan Eugene Worsham, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by conversion.

Joseph Robert Brown, 32, of Buchanan, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Tony Wayne Dawson, 25, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Oct. 17, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by deception.

Donald Wayne Graham, 38, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Oct. 17, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal damage to property.

Lacorrin Middlebroo­ks, 39, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Oct. 17, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of armed robbery, theft by taking, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and wearing a mask, hood, or device which conceals the identity of wearer.

Alan Monoroe Wiggins, 53, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Oct. 17, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, possession and use of drugrelate­d objects, driving with a suspended or revoked license, criminal damage to property, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, theft by taking, and acquiring a license plate for the purpose of concealing identifica­tion.
