Tifton Lavell Borders, 54, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI, driving without a tag, unsafe vehicle or equipment, violation of conditions on a limited driving permit, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and making an improper left or right turn.

Phillipp Nathan Dobbins, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Adrian Jones, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of brake light or turn signal violation and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Billy Joe Brown, 61, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of six counts of terroristic threats or acts.

Ashley Neil Carroll, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling, obstructing law enforcement officers, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Erik Gonzalez, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on

Jan. 11, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI and open container violation.

James Guttery, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of obstruction.

Billie Gave Williams, 47, of Lindale, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2020, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving with suspended registration, driving without proper insurance, defective equipment, meth possession, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Charles Deanthony Chisum, 29, of Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2020, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of aggravated assault and simple assault.

Zachary Rutledge, 30, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 12, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of reckless driving.

James Eric Smith, 79, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of obstructing law enforcement officers.

Jason Anthony Smith, 47, of Wesley Chapel, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing, obstructing law enforcement officers, and criminal trespassing.

John Clay Traylor, 39, of Lindale, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, striking a fixed object, and failure to maintain lane.

Darrell Shane Dutton, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing.

Alton Jamar McQuay, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Darrell Shane Dutton, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing.

Jayden Willis Moates, 18, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 13, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing.

Aaron Lee Arrington, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of armed robbery.

Phillip Todd Brown, 24, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Allen James Hooper, 45, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Justin Donald Wheeler, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

Manuel Guzman, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Anthony Hale, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession.

Jocelyn Harrell, 43, of Acworth, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possessing drugs outside of their original container, DUI, open container violation, and failure to maintain lane.

Dontavious Luke, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering.

Randy Thomas Bradford, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of affray, public drunkenness, and resisting police officers.

Britney Nicole Brooks, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan.16, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to yield for authorized emergency vehicles, driving with missing or impaired tag lights, and acquiring a license plate for the purpose of concealing identification.

Christopher Campbell, 20, of Benton Harbor, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers.

David Lamar Cook, 45, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of stalking.

Garrett Lane Harris, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects, marijuana possession, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age.

Mark Benjamin Jones, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

Antonio Porter, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, affray, public drunkenness, and criminal trespassing.

Elivar Tomas Reynoso, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Cedartown Police

Department on charges of public drunkenness and public indecency.

Jaylen Sulton, 19, of Benton Harbor, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers.

Tipton Lamar Walker, 19, of Benton Harbor, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and failure to maintain lane.
