Victoria Gail Bailey, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkenness and simple battery.

Stella Rosemary Cochran, 54, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possessing drugs outside of their original containers and sale, manufacture, manufacture, delivery, or possession of dangerous drugs.

Jeffery Eddie Goddard, 50, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2020, by the Cedartown Probation Office on charges of theft by receiving.

John David Austin Perez, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Albert Ladell Ware, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of cruelty to children, simple battery, and criminal trespassing.

Mathew Jean-Louis, 39, of Hiram, was arrested on Jan. 31, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless driving and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Matthew Lee Pierce, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 1, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and suspended registration.

Jilmar Alonso Reynosa Zunun, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 1, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Antonio Julian Bejarano, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of marijuana possession, disorderly conduct, and two counts of drug-related objects.

Kristopher Stephen Helm, 30, of Aragon, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of sexual battery, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.

Destany Monroe, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failing to meet tire requirements, marijuana possession, failure to maintain lane, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Cody Jay Newman, 22, of Cartersville, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of two counts of public indecency, marijuana possession , and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Mae Leigh Woods, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2020, by the

Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Richard Ance Bailey, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Christy Burks, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by deception.

Earl Emanuel Davis, 65, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, battery, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, theft by receiving stolen property, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, open container violation, driving with missing or impaired headlights, three counts of failure to yield when entering the intersection, and failure to use signal.

Tony Jeromy Reddish, 40, of Dallas, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession, meth possession with intent, trafficking in cocaine or other drugs, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Brandon Augustus Williamson, 28, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of robbery, cruelty to children, meth possession, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Kevin Winkles, 37, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 3, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.

Anita Alford, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects.

Antwan Darnell Allen, 37, of Stone Mountain, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of forgery.

Matthew Luke Deems, 17, of Aragon, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2020, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of criminal damage to property and simple assault.

Arielle Shawntice Jordan, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Carlton Ragsdale, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 4, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of two counts of battery and terroristic threats or acts.

Ashley Michelle Brown, 32, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 5, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of three counts of cruelty to animals and two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.

Edwin Thomas Sefton, 52, of Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by receiving.

Jason Jerome Smith, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without insurance, DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane, driving with missing or impaired tag lights, driving without brake lights or working turn signals.

Justin Kevin Wesley, 32, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Feb. 5, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers.

Dalila Eunice-Lopez Gomez, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a license and seatbelt violations.

Camille Kirsten Jolly, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without operating brake lights or turn signals and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jayron Dionel Perez-Sales, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a license and failure to stop at a stop or yield sign.

Shanjiya Smith, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Heather Amelia Vandyke, 29, of Fort Oglethorpe, was taken into custody on Feb. 6, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of hindering the apprehension of a felon.
