Joshua Dennis Norton, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 21, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.

Max Wade Stiles, 55, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 21, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Tyrone Palmer, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 21, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Reginald Dandrae White, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 21, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Wanda Renee Bruce, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 21, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of striking an unattended vehicle and failure to report an accident with injury, death, or damage.

Juventino Hernandez, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 22, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated stalking.

Ricky Leonard Bagley, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property, and theft by taking.

Richard Ance Bailey, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Donald Cleveland, 56, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Sharica Shaunta Davis, 56, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Marcelino Cruz Hernandez, 50, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI and public indecency.

Rebecca Marie Hiett, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of improper usage of the 911 system.

Christol Privett, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of terroristic threats and acts and criminal damage to property.

Christie Nicole Umphrey, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property, theft by taking, possession and use of drug-related objects, meth possession, and crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs with consent.

Bradley Rolland Devor, 25, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on February 24, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of unlawful dumping.

Dalton Cole Warren Grant, 25, of Silver Creek, was arrested on February 24, 2020, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving with missing or impaired headlights, and driving with missing or impaired turn signals.

Ahmad Kinta Hood, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 24, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of resisting a police officer, loitering, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.

Heaven Marsh, 21, of Rome, was arrested on February 24, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of two counts of criminal trespassing, cruelty to children, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and three counts of simple assault.

Edvin Ramirez, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 24, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI, driving without a valid license, open container violation, and using defective equipment.

Pedro Reynoso Vasquez, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 24, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failing to maintain lane, holding or supporting a device while driving, and driving without a valid license.

Branden Martin Mortensen, 25, of Dallas, was arrested on February 25, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Lisa Ann Norma, 36, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on February 25, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Zachary Dan Sherman, 22, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on February 25, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Sally Spann, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 25, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of three counts of obstructing law enforcement officers, possession and use of drug-related objects, and meth possession.

Tiffany Dawn Greer, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 26, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of two counts of theft by receiving stolen property.

Ashtin Leamon, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on February 26, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of obstructing law enforcement officers.

Lauren Elaine Longergan, 22, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 26, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Mathew McCaw, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 26, 2020, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Whitney Sierra Ruff, 25, of Rockmart, was arrested on February 26, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, theft by shoplifting, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, meth possession, meth possession with intent, heroin possession, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Earl Shane Slaton, 33, of Cave Springs, was arrested on February 26, 2020, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession with intent, meth possession, marijuana possession, and marijuana possession with intent.

Abby Anna Moon, 26, of Rome, was arrested on February 27, 2020, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.
