Kenneth Leon Davis, 56, of Aragon, was arrested on May 11, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by convicted felon or first offender, pointing or aiming a gun at another, criminal trespass, and possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit a felony.
Robert Taylor Formby, 27, of Cedartown, arrested on May 10, 2020 by the Polk Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespass, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, felony probation violation, and possession of a sawed-off weapon, machine gun, dangerous weapon, or silencer.
Laijuan Rayshard Kinnemore, 37, of Mableton, was arrested on May 9, 2020 by the Polk Sheriff’s Office on a charge of aggravated stalking.
John David Neuenschwander, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 10, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of theft by shoplifting and possession of methamphetamine.
Raymond Jerome Pullen, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 8, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of possession of marijuana, simple battery, aggravated assault, and thirddegree cruelty to children.
Theresa Elizabeth Spain, 56, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 9, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of interference with government property, improper stopping/ parking on a roadway, failure to maintain lane, headlight requirements, reckless driving, driving under the influence of drugs, four counts of aggravated assault, fleeing/ attempting to elude police, obstructing law enforcement officers, and a failure to yield for an authorized emergency vehicle.
Mae Leigh Woods, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 10, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of second-degree criminal damage to property, third-degree arson, first-degree felony burglary, criminal trespass, possession of a schedule two controlled substance, possession and use of drug related objects, felony theft by taking, and reckless conduct.
Kimberly Collum, 50, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 12, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of criminal trespass and acts of family violence.
Marlana Nicole Davenport, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 12, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, felony theft by receiving stolen property, failure to dim headlights, obstructing law enforcement officers, Possession of methamphetamine, and possession and use of drug related objects.
Perry Charles Earwood, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 12, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession with the intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession and use of drug-related objects.
Sherie Little, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 12, 2020 by the Polk County Police department on charges of trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession with the intent to distribute.
Misti Carmen Lyle, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 12, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of reckless conduct, reckless driving, driving with no insurance, and two counts of second-degree criminal damage to property.
Samantha Joy Schellinger, 30, of Aragon, was arrested on May 12, 2020 by the Aragon Police on charges of possession of a schedule one controlled substance and improper stopping/parking on a roadway.
Preston Heart Shooks, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 12, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, two counts of felony probation violation, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, felony theft by receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, and possession and use of drug related objects.
Jerry Wayne Messer, 48, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 13, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects.
Ogechi Ofoou, 23, of Atlanta, was arrested on May 13 by the Rockmart Police on charges of loitering or prowling, excessive volume of music from a motor vehicle, four counts of misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, felony obstruction of law enforcement officers, simple battery against police officer/law-enforcement dog, two counts of possession and use of drug related objects, possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, misdemeanor driving without a valid license, and improper parking.
Willie Allen Stewart, 49, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 13, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Cynthia Marie West, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 13, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
Kristi Michelle Lewis, 43, of Centre, AL, was arrested on May 14, 2020 by the Polk Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony first-degree burglary, theft by taking, and loitering or prowling.
Elijah Mason Parrish, 20, of Cartersville, was arrested on May 14, 2020 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of expired registration and driving while under the influence of alcohol and under the age of 21.
