Eric Scott Johnson, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 28, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of two counts of loitering, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Quincy Maratines Neal, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 28, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of possession of marijuana, no taillights/lenses, no tag light, no brake lights or working turn signals, and no license.
Michael Edward Sumlin, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 28, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, loitering/prowling, and littering.
Anthony Samuel Tumpson, 31, of Smyrna, was arrested on May 28, 2020 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of escape, bond drop, and violation of bond conditions.
Kristen Nichole Brackett, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 27, 2020 by the Aragon Police on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container violation, and no tag lights.
Corey Deaton, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 27, 2020 by the Aragon Police for second degree criminal damage to property, aggravated battery, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony.
Jason Michael Hall, 17, of Aragon, was arrested on May 27, 2020 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for charges of driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, driving too fast for conditions, and not using safety belts.
Christopher Glen Layne, 31, of Buchanan, was arrested on May 27, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of criminal solicitation, computer pornography, criminal attempt to commit a felony, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and furnishing obscene material to a minor.
Ronald Bradley Campbell, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 22, 2020 by the Polk County Police for charges of possession of methamphetamine, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and failure to keep bicycle on the right side of the roadway.
Darnell Derrick Cole, 42, of Norcross, was arrested on May 23, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, driving under the influence, obstructing law enforcement officers, giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, failure to maintain lane, three counts of possessing a false identification document, not using a safety belt, driving too fast for conditions, four counts of identity fraud, felony driving while license is suspended or revoked, possession of marijuana, and crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent.
Marshall Davison Crews, 64, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 22, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of murder/malice murder/ felony murder/second degree murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony.
Corey Deaton, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 25, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, reckless conduct, and pointing or aiming a firearm at another person.
Amanda Celeste Deems, 37, of Aragon, was arrested on May 23, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of theft by shoplifting, two counts of possession of a schedule two substance, possession of a schedule three controlled substance, two counts of possession of a schedule four controlled substance, drugs not in original container, and theft by receiving stolen property.
Brenda Harper, 68, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 24, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and a bench warrant.
John Derrick Lankford, 56, of Buchanan, was arrested on May 22, 2020 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges driving under the influence, failure to maintain a lane, and driving too fast for conditions.
Mark Anthony Maddox, 36, of Gadsden, AL, was arrested on May 23, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of eight counts of obstructing law enforcement officers, three counts of possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony, two counts of possession of a dangerous weapon, reckless driving, fleeing/attempting to elude police, and failure to yield for an authorized emergency vehicle.
Michael Eugene Moore, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 23, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving, and open container violation.
Averi Lynette Pone, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 22, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of battery, terroristic threats and acts, and two counts of third degree cruelty to children.
Christopher Juan Rocha, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 24, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of obstructing law enforcement officers, loitering or prowling, criminal trespass, littering, and obstructing law enforcement officers.
Jose Antonio-Toledo Segura, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 24, 2020 by the Cedartown Police for charges of driving with an expired license, failure to yield for an emergency vehicle, and no brake lights or working turn signals.
April Michelle Strickland, 47, of Aragon, was arrested on May 25, 2020 by the Aragon Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects.
Damien Scott Wallace, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 24, 2020 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm or knife in the commission of a felony, criminal trespass, terroristic threats and acts, simple assault, second degree felony burglary and felony probation violation.
Deanna Black Ware, 42, of Carrollton, was arrested on May 23, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on a charge of family violence battery.
Jean Ware, 50, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 22, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container violation, and failure to maintain lane.
Ladon Sheriko Ware, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 23, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on a charge of family violence battery.
Christopher Blake Wilson, 25, of Oxford, AL, was arrested on May 23, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of family violence assault, criminal trespass, and felony probation violation.
Christy Wilson, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 25, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of family violence battery and third degree cruelty to children.
Phillip David Hood, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 4, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, possession of methamphetamine, and possession and use of drug related objects.
Chad Hughland Pruitt, 32, of Panama City Beach, FL, was arrested on June 4, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
Jennifer Ann Turley, 36, of Panama City Beach, FL, was arrested on June 4, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute, bench warrant, possession and use of drug related objects, and suspended registration.
Crystal Anne Wilson, 37, of Rome, was arrested on June 4, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule two controlled substance, possession of a schedule four controlled substance, and no operating brake lights or turn signals.
Connor Jackson Brock, 23, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 3, 2020 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and a probation hold.
Nickolai Robert Ghea, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 3, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, and a bench warrant.
Patty Cheannel Gonzales, 41, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 3, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of loitering or prowling, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug related objects.
Jordan Brian Jones, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 3, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule four controlled substance, and possession and use of drug related objects.
Hunter Lee Steele, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 3, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of possession of a schedule four controlled substance and possession of a marijuana.
Dustin Allen Crumley, 30, of Aragon, was arrested on May 31, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit a felony,
Ronnie Franklin Forsyth, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 29, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of battery and first degree cruelty to children.
James Caleb Reddish, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 29, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and three counts of felony probation violation.
Terri Lynn Waters, 46, of Aragon, was arrested on May 31, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of theft by shoplifting, possession of a schedule two controlled substance, possession of a schedule four controlled substance, and crossing state/county lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs.
James Gregory Williams, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 31, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, two counts of not meeting the tag light requirements, possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Steven Blake York, 39, of Aragon, was arrested on May 31, 2020 by the Rockmart Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit a felony.
Zachary Lee Carrasco, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 1, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of felony probation violation, no brake lights or working turn signals, child seatbelt violation, possession and use of drug related objects, and felony possession, purchase, manufacture, or distribution of marijuana
Devares Laron Frazier, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 1, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule two controlled substance, and felony driving while license is suspended or revoked.
Troy Allen Deems, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 2, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of driving while under the influence, following too closely, and open container violation.
Donna C. Duvall, 60, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 2, 2020 by the Polk Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of a schedule five controlled substance, dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container, possession of methamphetamine, battery, and criminal trespass.
Rebecca Mae Robinson, 48, of Rome, was arrested on June 2, 2020 by the Polk Sheriff’s Office on charges of serious injury by vehicle, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, and driving while under the influence of drugs.
Chad Andrew Chandler, 36, of Aragon, was arrested on June 8, 2020 by the Polk County Police on charges of first degree cruelty to children, third degree cruelty to children, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony, possession of a schedule three controlled substance, possession of a schedule one controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a scheduled substance with intent to distribute, possession, manufacture, or sale of dangerous drugs, and possession and use of drug related objects.
Larry Joe Ellis, 47, of Gainesville, was arrested on June 8, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Kami Van Ranow, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 8, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on a charge of terroristic threats and acts.
Tommy Joe Ammons, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 9, 2020 by the Cedartown
Police on charges of aggravated assault, battery, and obstructing law enforcement officers.
William Thomas Ammons, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 9, 2020 by the Cedartown Police on charges of obstructing law enforcement officers and terroristic threats and acts.
