Michael Sumlin, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of improper left or right turn, child seat belt violation, possession of methamphetamine, second-degree cruelty to children — two counts, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, open container violation, and reckless conduct.

Larry Ray Bellew, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, loitering or prowling, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Michael Shawn Batchelor, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of simple assault.

Alicia Marie Bishop, 42, of Dallas, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance — two counts, drugs not in original container, and tag lights required.

Bobby Ray Kell, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of theft by taking, and probation violation.

Raymond Charles Morris, 52, of Powder Springs, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of battery.

David Edward Page, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and tag light required.

Deborah Joyce West, 56, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of second-degree burglary, criminal trespass, and loitering or prowling.

Ely Adan Alvarado-Martinez, 47, of Chicago, Ill., was arrested on Dec. 27, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving without a valid license, and tag light required.

Sandra Kay Benefield, 53, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of simple battery, and thirddegree cruelty to children.

William Codie Blue, 23, of Buchanan, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of driving while license expired.

Austin Michael Cornette, 24, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of simple battery, and possession of methamphetamine.

Christie Hitchcock, 39, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of battery, third-degree cruelty to children, and disorderly conduct.

Carl David Mason, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license expired, and driving an unauthorized vehicle with red/ amber lights.

Beatriz Segura-Barrientos, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of reckless driving, speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving while license expired, and failure to maintain lane.

Jerome Alexander, 65, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of public drunkenness, and improper use of the 911 system.

Sandra Alexander, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joshua Hunter Crabb, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, and driving under the influence.

Fernando Cervantes Garfias, 37, of Columbus, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license, and headlights required.

Lacey Gentry, 20, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Aragon Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, trafficking cocaine, and tampering with evidence.

Kevin Dwayne Hamilton, 55, of Sand Rock, Ala., was arrested on Dec. 25, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of impeding the free flow of traffic, and driving under the influence of drugs.

William Michael Kay, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and resisting a police officer.

Deborah E. Lott, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Elijah Daniel Malone, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and parking of vehicle and loitering of individuals.

Angela McAdams, 49, residence N/A, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to appear.

Davin Jalon McConnell, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, purchase, possess, manufacture, distribute, or sale of marijuana — two counts, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Ryan McCrickard, 33, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of too fast for conditions, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to maintain lane, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, seconddegree criminal damage to property, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Daisy Jo Miller, 19, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of terroristic threats and acts.

Asti LaQuentin Mitchell, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of simple assault.

Charles Robert Morris, 36, of Bremen, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of loitering or prowling, public drunkenness, possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug-related objects, crossing guard lines with contraband, and sale, manufacture, deliver, or possess dangerous drugs.

Joshua Lewis Owens, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers — two counts, and a bench warrant.

Vilma Osiris Perez-Chapez, 20, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, and driving while license expired.

Winston Zachery Powell, 26, of Clarksville, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of loitering, and disorderly conduct.

Kelly Nathan Ray, 40, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana, and headlight requirements.

Ricardo Rodriguez, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving without a valid license.

David Dee Russell, 64, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Michael Dwight Sorrells, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault, and public drunkenness.

Zachery Ryan Sorrells, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of theft by taking.

Diaz Uber Ele Soto Diaz, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, and possession of alcohol by a person under the legal age.

Jodi Lynn Stanford, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of loitering or prowling, possession of heroin, drugs not in original container, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs, tampering with evidence, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Max Wade Stiles, 57, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Sherry Ann Stiles, 57, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Maria Uriostigue, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of driving without a valid license, and headlight requirements.

Paul Joseph Walker, 38, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance.

James Aaron Wade White, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, open container violation, and improper stopping on roadway.

Corey Shamar Williams, 23, of Dallas, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of expired registration, reckless driving, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Danny Ray Williams, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of terroristic threats and acts.
