Odell Abram, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of battery.

Timothy Neshaune Beeman, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of expired registration, tag lights required, driving while license suspended or revoked, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana, and tampering with evidence.

Steven Chance Brown, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of methamphetamine, loitering or prowling, failure to appear — two counts, and probation violation.

Billy Wynn Pinkard, 23, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespass, simple battery, and probation violation.

Amariah Rosetta-Corraine Pollard, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, and driving under the influence of drugs.

Jykel Keon Prater, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, passing in a no passing zone, and failure to yield after stopping at a stop sign.

Krista Roach, 33, of Marietta, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Kaitlyn Shaleigh Sweat, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 25, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Rachel Karon Chadwell, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Rebecca Lynn Clackum, 59, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Faith A. Kipfer, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Garfield Daylon Lester, 23, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and possession and use of drug-related objects — two counts.

Brandy Lashell Vance, 44, of Tallapoosa, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Corey Albert Vines, 47, of Gainesville, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine.

Emmanuel Watson, 60, of Rome, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of driving while license expired.

Christopher David Wilmer, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 24, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of reckless conduct, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft by receiving, tampering with evidence — two counts, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, crossing guard lines with contraband, possession of cocaine, and possession of marijuana.

Andrew Alvarado-Bautista, 34, homeless, was arrested on May 23, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, theft by receiving stolen property in another state, possession and use of drug-related objects, and removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent.

Matthew Dwayne Chambers, 42, of Rome, was arrested on May 23, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.

Candice Lynn Curby, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 23, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to maintain lane.

Polly Darlene Johnson, 64, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 23, 2023, by Cedartown Police on two counts of theft by taking.

Marshawn Marquez Martin, 23, of Dallas, was arrested on May 23, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Alex Daniel Ramirez-Juarez, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 23, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of open container violation, tag lights required, violation of instruction permit, driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to maintain lane.

Yohana Mariza Ramierz-Juarez, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 23, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of open container violation, permitting unlawful operation of a vehicle, and disorderly conduct.

Quinton Raymun Darden, 32, of Rome, was arrested on May 22, 2023, by Aragon Police on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, theft by receiving, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of cocaine, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, and seconddegree criminal damage to property.

Jarquez Duren, 29, residence N/A, was arrested on May 22, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of unlawful conduct during a 911 call.

Michael Brandon Thompson, 44, of Rome, was arrested on May 22, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of no brake lights or working turn signals, driving while license suspended or revoked, and no insurance.

Ciera Sharday Turner, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 22, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of truancy.

Dillion Michael Williams, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 22, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of improper left or right turn, no tag, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Stephen Luke Anderson, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 21, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of sale, manufacture, deliver, or possess dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container, and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jacey Paige Blanton, 20, of Rome, was arrested on May 20, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence, and open container violation.

Stephen Guy Conner, 37, of Villa Rica, was arrested on May 20, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, tampering with evidence, possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and tampering with evidence.

Bret Wayne Dingler, 40, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 21, 2023, by Aragon Police on charges of no insurance, tag light required, and failure to appear.

Justin Steve Hayes, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 21, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime.

Damarcus Jermaine James, 39, of Aragon, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Aragon Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Austin Wayne Jones, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of bicycle must be on right side of roadway, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Breanna Lackey, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of criminal trespass.

Dixie Cobb Lee, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 20, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Michael Gregorio Saul Lucas, 23, of Silver Creek, was arrested on May 20, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, and open container violation.

Abner Morales, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving without a valid license, and failure to dim headlights.

Kevin Leigh Morgan, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 21, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Russell Tyemmit Norris, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 20, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of hit and run.

Andrea Laura Perez, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of begging and soliciting.

Elias Perez-Rivera, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, and simple battery.

Telvin Deandre Pritchett, 28, of Paulding County, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Jeffery Shumate, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 21, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of criminal trespass.

Megan Ryan Sneed, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 20, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Jonathan Dewayne Timms, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 21, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Marquavis Antonio Whitehead, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 20, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Dewayne Ramon Young, 43, homeless, was arrested on May 19, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obstruction of law enforcement officers, armed robbery, terroristic threats and acts, and aggravated assault.
