Patrick Lucas Hanson, 42, residence N/A, was arrested on Jan. 18, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Lacey Dawn Heard, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 18, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and open container violation.

Jose Antonio Ramirez-Perez, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 18, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol while under the age of 21, failure to maintain lane, and open containers.

Betty Ann Wills, 61, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 18, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to obey traffic-control device.

Larry K. Brown, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 17, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff's Office on charges of possession of methamphetamine, and probation violation.

Darrell Shane Dutton, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 17, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff's Office on a charge of battery against a female who is pregnant.

Melissa Ann Jolly, 48, of Centre, Ala., was arrested on Jan. 17, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Tony Aubrey Merritt, 63, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 17, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Daniel Jacob O'Neal, 22, of Canton, was arrested on Jan. 17, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and seat belt violation.

Rubel Santos Tomas-Ventura, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 17, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of headlight requirements/defective, driving while license expired, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sheila Dianne Bailey, 65, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Cheryl Marie Burris, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, operating without proper tag or decal, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Rogrigas Temie Jones, 52, of Cave Spring, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to maintain lane.

Jeffery Shumate, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct.

Jeremy Shumate, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct.

Darrell Bernard Anderson, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2024, by Polk School District Police on a charge of simple battery.

Stephen Guy Connor, 38, of Villa Rica, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, tampering with evidence, littering, headlight requirement, operating a motor vehicle without registration or valid license plate, failure to yield for authorized emergency vehicle, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Matthew Lewis Cook, 46, of Gaylesville, Ala., was arrested on Jan. 14, 2024, by Rockmart Police on a charge of public drunkenness.

Blake Ray Davis, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff's Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Steven Reggie Fossett, 50, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff's Office on charges of child molestation, aggravated child molestation, sodomy, first-degree cruelty to children, incest, rape, aggravated sexual battery, enticing a child for indecent purposes, unlawful conduct during a 911 call, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Antonio Garcia, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of public drunkenness.

Makaila Breanna Jones, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence, open container violation, and unregistered vehicle.

Javon Mahon, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license expired, and no brake lights of working turn signals.

Albelardo Aaron Martinez, 36, of Bremen, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence, and obstruction of law enforcement officers — four counts.

Joseph Mitchell, 70, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of terroristic threats and acts, and possession of cocaine.

Jebb Taylor Moore, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, drugs not in original container, and headlight requirements.

Stacey Sheri Moore, 43, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff's Office on charges of second-degree burglary, theft by taking, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance — two counts, and drugs not in original container.

Jairo Pablo-Perez, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of public drunkenness.

Adan Barrientos Segura, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Eduardo Segura-Diaz, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of driving while license expired.

Austin Mitchell Sims, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Robert Edward Stout, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2024, by Polk Sheriff's Office on charges of contempt of court, and probation violation.

Brittany Lynn Thomas, 32, of Dallas, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, and open container violation.

Jonathan Dewayne Timms, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.
