Steven Earl Blalock, 41, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 4, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving without a motorcycle license, and driving under the influence of drugs.

Daniel Lee Corn, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 4, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery, and terroristic threats and acts.

Timothy Douglas Mason, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 4, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of driving under the influence.

James Edwin Morris, 53, of Aragon, was arrested on April 4, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Rachel Karon Chadwell, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 3, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Noe Jair P. De La Cruz, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 3, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of new resident-30 days to obtain license, and tag lights required.

Tanner Joe Ledbetter, 27, of Dallas, was arrested on April 3, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Noe Gabriel Lopez, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 3, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, driving under the influence, and open container violation.

Cagney Lamont Brown, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 2, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of intruding on railroad tracks, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana — two counts.

Wanda Faye Brown, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 2, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Nautica Nicole Heath, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 2, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of driving without a valid license.

Jose Bayron-Avelar Hernandez, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 2, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of driving without a valid license.

Joel Perez-Rubio, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 2, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving without a valid license, and no operating brake lights/ signals.

Randy Wayne Wilson, 65, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 2, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of failure to appear, and probation violation.

Christopher Sean Acree, 22, of Temple, was arrested on April 1, 2024, by Rockmart Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Sergio Martin Bulux Perez, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 1, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to dim headlights, driving without a valid license, and failure to maintain lane.

Jason Scott Lewis, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 1, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to yield while turning, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Kevin M. Clements, 34, of Charleston, Tenn., was arrested on March 29, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine or amphetamine, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to maintain lane.

Demontre JShon Dyer, 19, of Aragon, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, hit and run, and failure to report an accident with injury, death, or damage.

Elizandro Escalante Velasquez, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 31, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving without a valid license, and improper use of a center turn lane.

Victoria Telayah Frazier, 25, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jimmy Odell Hutchins, 42, of Rome, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michael Ray Jarrell, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 29, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Devonta Dashon Johnson, 32, of Aragon, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal trespass.

Kellie Lynn McClain, 41, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Victor Hugo Perez Reynoso, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of intruding on railroad tracks.

Mitchell Torrance Philpot, 50, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Rockmart Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Clinton Wesley Ponder, 66, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 29, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

William Sisson, 66, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Alex Tyron Smith, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 29, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.

Chelsey Louise Smith, 36, of Oldfort, Tenn., was arrested on March 29, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, manufacture/deliver/distribute drugs, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, obstruction of law enforcement officers, giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officer, crossing guard lines with contraband, and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Jorge Velasquez Rivera, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 29, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of seat belt violation, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Mahiba Sontay Vicente, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 30, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving without a valid license, and failure to obey traffic-control device.

Ruben Leron Washington, 58, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 29, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and child seat belt violation — three counts.

Michael James Waters, 40, of Bremen, was arrested on March 31, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of public drunkenness, and prohibited drug-related objects.

Oneisha Demetra Trishenna Bradford, 29, of Lindale, was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Fernando Martinez-Barrera, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to dim headlights, and driving without a valid license.

Jason Ray Meyberg, 40, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Rockmart Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Zaida Yadira RamirezRamirez, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving without a valid license, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Ellen Marie Smallwood, 62, of Birmingham, Ala., was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, cruelty to animals, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to yield for authorized emergency vehicle, failure to maintain lane, and impeding the free flow of traffic.

Michael Dwight Sorrells, 44, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of misuse of/improper use of 911.

Jason Larry Waits, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.

James Williams, 56, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 28, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.
