Jeanne D’arc Credit Union staff promotions
LOWELL >> President and CEO Mark Cochran announced staff promotions at Jeanne D’arc Credit Union.
Grant Alois has been promoted to senior vice president, chief information officer. He joined the credit union in 2021, as the vice president of technology. As CIO, Alois will join the executive team and is responsible for shaping and executing strategic initiatives that optimize systems, advance cybersecurity preparedness and strengthen the credit union’s technology infrastructure. Alois will also manage system applications, payments and loan servicing.
Caitlyn Aguiar has been promoted to assistant vice president/inbound contact center. Aguiar has been in the credit union industry for 24 years and has been with Jeanne D’arc Credit Union working in various roles in the member contact center for the last nine years. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s inbound capabilities and dedication to a positive member experience.
Western Avenue Open Studios

Western Ave. The free event features hands-on workshops and live artist demonstrations on five floors of art studios and two floors of artist lofts. The space also includes a coffee shop, a co-op art gallery, a brewery and an array of unique Valentine’s gifts. The Donali food truck will be on site serving sausages and lobster rolls from the parking lot.

‘Lost Cellphone Weekend’ performances
