Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival: The 99th season of the Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival concludes with a concert by the Redlands Symphony Orchestra with guest violinist Aubree Oliverson, 8p.m. at the Redlands Bowl, 25 Grant St. The program features music by John Williams, including the “Olympic Fanfare” and music from “Star Wars” and “Close Encounters,” and ends with fireworks. Outdoor Adventure Days:
The Big Bear Valley Ecotourism Coalition presents the seventh annual Outdoor Adventure Days, a festival of outdoor activities, with headquarters at the Discovery Center, 40971 North Shore Drive/Highway 38, Fawnskin. Lincoln Memorial Shrine: The one-year anniversary of the dedication of a reproduction of an 1857cannon at Redlands’ Lincoln Memorial Shrine will be celebrated 10 a.m. outside the shrine with a celebratory program and the firing of the cannon. The shrine is in Smiley Park behind the A.K. Smiley Public Library, 125W. Vine St., Redlands. Event is free and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
