Women’s History Month program: Historian Ann Deegan will present “Head to Toe and Skin Out: Women’s Dress Through Photography During the American Civil War” 2p.m. in the Assembly Room of the A.K. Smiley Public Library, 125 W. Vine St., Redlands. Using Civil War-era photographs and fashion illustrations, Deegan will discuss what influenced dress, from economics and war to technology and fashion trendsettters.
