The following is a condensed version of Taos Police reports from Dec. 2-7.

DEC. 2 Larceny, Mariposa Place

12:54 p.m.

– A caller said someone had stolen their debit card and made a purchase at Smith’s.

3:37 p.m. Trespassin­g, Camino del Medio – A caller said their brother was intoxicate­d and wouldn’t leave their property.

3:46 p.m. Psychiatri­c behavior, CAV – A caller said there was a woman singing and dancing in the parking lot.

11:56 p.m.

Disturbing the peace, Taos Valley Lodge

– A guest said he heard people outside his room and wanted an officer to check it out.

DEC. 3 Domestic disturbanc­e, Linda Vista Lane

1:18 a.m.

– A caller said their neighbors were having a domestic dispute and threatenin­g each other. 8:59 a.m. Psychiatri­c behavior, Paseo del Cañon – A caller said a man was having a mental health emergency, walking in circles saying he worked for the FBI.

12:37 p.m. Shopliftin­g, Big 5 – A caller said a man in a grey hoodie and ski mask stole a pair of shoes and jumped the railing into Smith’s parking lot.

2:55 p.m. Animal stray, Kit Carson Park – A caller said a pack of dogs chased them and were loose by the baseball field.

3:03 p.m. Disturbing the peace, Taos Dental Group – A caller said a man was yelling because his partner’s appointmen­t was taking too long. 6:32 p.m. Lockout, Taos Retirement Village – A caller said a 2-year-old had accidental­ly locked themselves in a room and was crying.

DEC. 4 Disturbing the peace, Bella Vista Apartments

2:30 a.m.

– A caller said that neighbors had been playing loud music since 9 p.m.

12:01 p.m. Disturbing the peace, La Posta Road – A caller said a man in a black sweatshirt was yelling at cars and waving his arms around.

6 p.m.

Informatio­n report, Las Cruces Road

– A caller said a FedEx driver was throwing rocks are her grandmothe­r and her dog.

DEC. 5 Suspicious circumstan­ce, Calle del Oso

9:54 a.m.

– A caller said two men in a beat up Ford Explorer were potentiall­y casing the caller’s house. 11:05 a.m. Battery, Paseo del Cañon – A caller said he and his son got into an altercatio­n and his son

punched him in the face and kicked him out of his vehicle.

10:54 p.m. Trespassin­g, Taos Valley Lodge – A caller said a group of teens in a red car were parked near the entrance and refusing to leave the property.

DEC. 6

Gas leak, La Loma Plaza

2:40 p.m.

– A caller said that a vehicle had struck a gas meter near a residence. 3:16 p.m. Shopliftin­g, Walmart –A caller said a woman in a black and white camo jacket was putting cosmetics products into her big red bag. After being arrested, she slipped out of her handcuffs and attempted to flee.

6:08 p.m. Welfare check, Paseo del Pueblo Sur – A caller said a woman was asleep on the side of a building and wanted someone to check on her.

DEC. 7 Informatio­n report, Paseo del Pueblo Sur

10:22 a.m.

– A caller said she was the victim of a scam from $500 in Walmart gift cards. 11:25 a.m. Trespassin­g, Bent Street – A caller said a man was sitting on a bench and they wanted him removed. 11:51 a.m. Fraud/forgery, Paseo del Pueblo Sur – A caller said a customer received a fake $100 bill. 2:07 p.m. Animal stray, Dolan Street – A caller said there was a pack of eight dogs running around. 5:13 p.m. Suspicious circumstan­ce, Felicidad Lane – A caller said a man in a big tan jacket was blocking traffic and harassing the neighbors.
