The following is condensed list of

events that occurred in the town of Taos.

OCT. 13 Criminal Damage, Randall Lumber & Hardware

8:38 a.m.

– Caller said her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend threw a rock at their car. 12:25 p.m. Larceny, Holy Cross Hospital – Caller said an employee had stolen narcotics from the emergency room.

3:52 p.m. Animal Abuse, Quesnel Road – Caller said there were two horses that looked unfed and needed water.

OCT. 14 Traffic Hazard, Camino de la Placita and Ledoux Street

8:48 a.m.

– Caller said a propane truck completely blocked the road and no one could get through.

4:30 p.m. Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Albertsons – Caller said their car

was stolen from the parking lot. The caller added that they left the car to get it towed and when they came

back it was gone.

4:40 p.m. Larceny, Albertsons – Caller said a purse was stolen from a car in the parking lot.

9:30 p.m. Harassment, Mariposa Apartments – Caller said a woman

threatened him and tried to fight him.

OCT. 15

5 p.m. Missing Adult, Calle de Oro – Caller said her 19-year-old son ran off somewhere and threw a rock through

her car window. Responders said there would be no report until she wants to meet in person and is sober. 7:33 p.m. Graffiti, Reed Street – Caller said he wanted to report graffiti on his property.

10:27 p.m. Assault, Holy Cross

Hospital – Caller said a combative patient in the lobby had a verbal altercatio­n.

OCT. 16 Criminal Damage, Albright Street

7:59 a.m.

– Caller said someone had vandalized her car last night while she was at work.

9:46 p.m. Trespassin­g, Macea Road – Caller said he found his house had

been broken into and totally trashed. 11:36 p.m. Suspicious

Circumstan­ce, Tuesday Morning – Caller said a woman ran away from a car and the people in the car tried

to rape her. Responders patrolled the surroundin­g areas.

OCT. 17 Burglary, Camino de la

11:18 a.m.

Serna – Caller said someone broke into her house and all the lights were on and stuff was missing.

3:45 p.m. Larceny, McDonalds –

Caller said someone stole her dog. 6:50 p.m. Welfare Check, Herdner

Road – Caller said a man fell repeatedly while crossing the street.

OCT. 18 Larceny, Verizon

10:44 a.m. – Caller said phones had been stolen from

the store.

12:40 p.m Traffic Hazard, Taos

Plaza – Caller said a bus blocked traffic in the plaza.

5:03 p.m. Suspicious Circumstan­ce,

Don Fernando de Taos – Caller said while he was working, he received spam messages of gruesome people

getting tortured.
