The following is a list of events that occurred in the town of Taos.

NOV. 10

12:28 p.m. Larceny, Bent Street – Caller said that a man stole a pair of pants from MODA and left on a bike. 3:01 p.m. Welfare check, 5 Star Burgers – Caller said a man was lying in front of a building that is under constructi­on and wanted a welfare check on him.

6:42 p.m. Reckless driver, Taos Eco Park – Caller said there were some cars speeding through the parking lot.

NOV. 11 Burglary commercial, 5 Star Burgers

8:35 a.m.

– Caller said they went to work this morning and noticed the back door was unlocked, keys were missing and the cables to the cash box had been cut. 3:21 p.m. Assault, Reed Lane – Caller said that a man assaulted him and broke into his vehicle. Caller also said the man left behind a can of mace.

4:58 p.m. Reckless driver, Taos Eco Park – Caller said there were people driving ATVs on the soccer field. 11:46 p.m. Civil complaint, Paseo del Pueblo Norte – Caller said music was playing really loud outside from Allsup’s. The caller also said that it was shaking the windows of his house.

NOV. 12 Assault, World Cup

8:09 a.m. – Caller said a 50-year-old woman was punched in the face by a man. 2:25 p.m. Assault, Smith’s Food and Drug Center – Caller said that a man in a black pick up truck threatened the caller with a gun.

4:28 p.m. Traffic hazard, Kit

Carson/Paseo del Pueblo Norte

– Caller said that east of the intersecti­on there was a huge bale of hay in the middle of the road.

7:13 p.m. DUI Alcohol or Drugs, Albertson’s – Caller said that a white jeep drove very recklessly and was swerving.

NOV. 13 Disorderly conduct, Holy Cross Hospital

10:52 a.m.

– Caller said a patient was fighting staff and security.

9:46 p.m. Suspicious circumstan­ce, Taos Plaza – Caller said a man dressed like a cowboy was drunk and fell in front of traffic.

11:58 p.m. Disturbing the peace, Calle De Oro – Caller said there was loud banging and music in the area. Caller also said a man had been yelling for 20 minutes. Responders patrolled the area and heard no loud noises.

NOV. 14 Disorderly conduct, Taos Valley Lodge

12:52 a.m.

– Caller said that a woman who was acting very belligeren­t and was yelling refused to leave. 2:11 a.m. Disturbing the peace, Carson Trailer Park – Caller said that the neighbors outside were partying and playing their music very loud.

9:01 a.m.

– Caller said that the church had been broken into and a laptop and tablet were taken. 11:36 p.m. Trespassin­g, Walmart

– Caller said that a man harassed people outside of the store.

Burglary commercial, Camino de la Merced NOV. 15 Harassment, Camino de la Placita

10:37 a.m.

– Caller said that a man harassed her about an ad for her apartment.

11:16 a.m. Stray dog, Carson Trailer

Park – Caller said there was black dog running around with a big gash on its leg.

6:24 p.m. Suspicious circumstan­ce, Wendy’s – Caller said that two men were smoking inside a Honda and were parked for 10 minutes. Responders did not see any Honda or anyone smoking.

7:14 p.m. Domestic disturbanc­e, Autozone – Caller said a man and a woman were fighting inside of a Honda. Responders made contact with them and said they were eating their dinner and not arguing. 9:05 p.m.

– Caller said they heard two shots fired and wanted an officer to patrol the area. Responders patrolled the area and made contact with neighbors that said they didn’t hear gunshots.
