Keller Williams welcomes new Realtor

Born and raised in Philadelphia, purchasing her first home in Lansdowne in June 2015 ignited Jasmin Johnson’s interest in the real estate business.

In May 2017, Johnson began real estate courses at Temple’s Real Estate Institute. Upon successful completion of her course curriculum, she sat for the test and passed the PA Real Estate State Licensing Exam. Soon after, Johnson found her home at Keller Williams Real Estate.

Prior to practicing real estate, Johnson enjoyed a nine-year career in the legal field. Her comfort level spans serving everyone from high-profile corporate clients to individuals and families looking to find their perfect home.

While real estate development is Johnson’s passion, her areas of expertise also include buying and selling residential and mixed-use properties in Philadelphia and the surrounding

Mignatti Companies: ‘Building to a Higher Standard’ for 110 years

“Building to a Higher Standard” is a serious promise for Mignatti Companies. As it celebrates 110 years of home building in the region, the Huntingdon Valley-based company is focusing on key areas to achieve excellence for its customers.

“Energy efficiency is a must, not just to help homeowners save money, but to conserve our planet’s resources,” says Julia Mignatti, vice president of sales and marketing. “We call it the Mignatti Advantage, and it’s built into our homes through top-notch products, technologies, techniques and installation partners. It all works together to create an exceptionally well-built home that is more comfortable, quieter, healthier and energyefficient.”

The homebuilder commonly hosts Inside Story Tours at its communities under construction. Open to all, the tours are led by Anthony Magistro, vice president of construction, and give prospective home buyers a first-hand look behind the walls to see the elements of the Mignatti Advantage at work.

The goal of the Mignatti Advantage is HERS Certification, received from a third-party inspector who provides sustainability consulting and building performance testing to score the home on the HERS Index. Like an MPG sticker for a home, the lower the HERS number, the lower the energy cost.

Equally important to Mignatti Companies is customer satisfaction. Founder August Mignatti built his reputation on this core value; today, getting it right for the customer means listening and responding. Mignatti prides itself on superior construction, designs that are flexible and adaptable to diverse lifestyles and neighborhoods that are planned to cultivate community.

Underscoring this priority is Mignatti’s Customer Commitment, which defines the home builder’s quality control and customer review process from start to finish (and beyond). The process includes the post-framing construction tour, new home orientation, closing walkthrough and 90-day check-in. The final touch is Mignatti’s 10-year extended warranty and guaranteed 24-hour emergency response.

“In 110 years, we’ve learned that trends and lifestyles are ever-changing, but core values need to stay rock-solid,” says Steve McKenna, Mignatti Companies president and CEO. “We’re proud that we’ve been able to build to a higher standard by remaining responsive on all counts.”

Mignatti Companies is currently selling homes at four communities in Montgomery and Bucks counties, with Quick Move-In homes available at select locations from 30 to 120 days to closing, depending on availability.

Mignatti has a unique talent for creating neighborhoods with active lifestyle amenities and has built more than 2,400 homes since the mid-1990s.
