Gobble Wobble: Online registration is open through Nov. 19 for the Abington YMCA Gobble Wobble 5K set for 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 23. You can also register in person at the Abington Y through Wednesday, Nov. 22 from 9 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. On race day, you can register from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the Y at 1073 Old York Road, Abington. A 2 Mile Walk is also planned. Families with strollers are welcome. Fee for the 1⁄2 Mile Kids Race is $5 and $10 for the 1 Mile Walk. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The event benefits the American Red Cross Hurricane Relief. A Children’s Fun run takes place at 8:45 a.m. and is $5; the 5K is at 9 a.m. and registration is $25 until Nov. 18, $30 after.
