We are pleased to be able to continue to offer more than the financial support we donate, through volunteer, handson help with all of their much-needed projects and tasks,” Erb explained.

Keller Williams welcomes new Realtors

Keller Williams Real Estate in Blue Bell recently welcomed Amy Alfonsi, John and Katie Boguslaw, Anna Marie Pierce, Yanery Rodriguez and Lisa Salamone as Realtors.

Alfonsi, a Hatfield resident, has a strong knowledge of the North Penn area and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. She grew up in Valley Forge and Bridgeport and is also very versed in many areas of Montgomery County. Her focus will be on first-time home buyers and clients interested in new investment ventures. She is also dedicated to helping her clients sell their homes, whether to transition into a larger home, downsize or just helping her clients meet their current real estate needs.

John and Katie Boguslaw bring with them a commitment to both buyers and sellers and providing personalized customer service. With extensive previous experience with real estate investing and prior careers in social work assisting adults with disabilities in finding employment, they are eager to share their knowledge and guide clients through the home buying process.

Pierce was born, raised and currently resides in Plymouth Meeting and was a 2010 graduate of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. Following graduation, she went on to complete her associate’s degree in business management at Montgomery County Community College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Drexel University. Pierce brings extensive customer service and sales experience to the table.

Rodriguez was born in New York City and raised in the Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia, where she attended Central High School. She later went on to attend Eastern University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership. She has worked for a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia for the past seven years, and prior to that, she was employed with the School District of Philadelphia. She has a passion for real estate and helping people achieve the American dream of becoming home owners. Having been raised in Philadelphia and lived there for 18 years, she has extensive knowledge of the city and its surrounding suburbs, such as Montgomery and Bucks counties. Additionally, she is fluent in Spanish. Her goal and priority is to provide her clients with the highest level of customer service satisfaction. She currently lives in Warminster Township in Bucks County with her husband, Breidy, and their 4-year-old daughter, Yinelys. In her spare time, she enjoy spending time with family, shopping and helping her husband with do-it-yourself projects in our home.

Salamone has owned and operated a residential cleaning service for over 24 years. After getting close to becoming an empty nester, she was interested in a new or additional career. Finishing real estate school and doing some research, she decided to join Keller Williams real estate due to its reputation as No. 1 in the country and for having world class training and support to agents.
