PW’s O’Brien nets 1,500th point

Plymouth Whitemarsh’s Taylor O’Brien scored 15 points to reach 1,500 for her career in the Colonial girls basketball team’s 64-18 win over Upper Moreland Tuesday night.

Noah Baker had a teamhigh 25 for Spring-Ford, which got as close as 7573 with 33 seconds left but couldn’t complete the comeback. Also in double figures for the Rams were Nestor Diaz (14), Ryan Hagan (12) and Robert Bobeck (10). The Patriots are now 3-5 on the season.
