David J. Caracausa announces Karen McCafferty has joined the Premier Properties Group of Realtor Associates at Coldwell Banker Preferred.

McCafferty has lived and worked in Montgomery County for more than 20 years. She graduated from Holy Family University with a bachelor’s degree in social work.

After working in human services Karen McCafferty for several years, McCafferty switched her career path and became the office manager for an award-winning contracting company.

In her free time, McCafferty loves cheering on her three children at their sporting events and various activities. She also loves to cook and enjoys the outdoors.

The Premier Properties Group is located at Coldwell Banker Preferred’s office in Blue Bell.

Berkshire Hathaway welcomes sales associate

Jason Ostrowsky, sales leader of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Jenkintown Home Marketing Center, welcomes Cheryl Miller as a sales associate.

Formerly with Long & Foster, Miller has been licensed since 2000. A member of Montgomery County Association of Realtors, she specializes in buyer and seller agency.

An active participant in her community, Miller resides in Elkins Park with her husband, Robert, and their two children. She serves Montgomery County.

Art Herling Group achieves more than $22M in monthly sales volume

The group’s sales are up 7.5 percent compared to the same time last year.
