PERK VALLEY 67, METHACTON 64 (2 OT) » The Vikings held on to beat the Warriors in a double-overtime Pioneer Athletic Conference thriller on Saturday.

Noah Kitaw led the way for the Warriors with 21 points, while Jeff Woodward added 16 and Brett Eberly chipped in with 13. lead into halftime and shut Kennett down in the second half.

SPRING-FORD 54, NAZARETH 49 » Abby Goodrich’s 15 points and Alyssa Yuan’s 14 helped power the Rams to the Victory on Saturday.

Spring-Ford surged ahead in the third quarter and held on in the fourth. CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 57, WILLIAM TENNENT 41 » The Bucks came out firing early as they connected on eight first-half threes Friday night to take a 40-18 lead at halftime.

The Panthers however didn’t go away easy as they held West to four points in the third quarter and cut the lead to 16 heading into the fourth.

Tennent continued to fight its way back into the game as it got it to within 11 with just under five minutes remaining, but unfortunat­ely that was as close as the Panthers would get.

A late field goal by the Bucks and clutch free throws in the final minute helped seal the 57-41 win.

The Panthers were led by Haley Crossley with 16 points, Emma Stanfield chipped in with 12, and Brianna Broccardi had 10.

Girls Indoor Track

WISSAHICKO­N AT LEHIGH » Fourteen members of the Wissahicko­n girls indoor track team traveled to Lehigh University on Friday, to participat­e in the 5th DVGTCA meet.

It was an outstandin­g night for the team as almost every team member ran their personal best times of the season.

Top performers included Lieke Black, who placed 11th in the hurdles, running a time of 9.8 seconds, which qualified her for the Meet of Champions, and Hayley Ross, who earned a fourthplac­e medal in the 800 meters with a time of 2:24.59.

Additional­ly, two team members, Mallory Goodman and Manifa Jones, represente­d Wissahicko­n at the Shot Put Invite at Germantown Academy and put in strong performanc­es. The team will compete again at Lehigh University Friday evening.

Wrestling

SPRING-FORD 53, METHACTON 18 » Michael Gradwell’s pin at 182 pounds helped tilt momentum for the Rams on Saturday.

Tonee Ellis got a win for Methacton at 285 pounds.

Girls Swimming

GERMANTOWN ACADEMY 100, PEDDIE SCHOOL 93 » The Patriots had a first-place finisher in six different individual events and two relays during the meet Friday.

Atkinson and Andress took the top two spots of the 200 freestyle with times of 1:52.96 and 1:57.28. Atkinson also took first in the 100 backstroke with a time of 56.86 while Andress placed first in the 100 butterfly, swimming a 1:00.88.

The Patriots would swim against Agnes Irwin on Saturday.
