SEPTA bus in­volved in mid­day ac­ci­dent

UP­PER ME­RION » A multi-ve­hi­cle crash in­volv­ing a SEPTA bus snarled mid­day traf­fic and re­sulted in sev­eral mi­nor in­juries Mon­day near the in­ter­sec­tion of South Hen­der­son and South Gulph roads by exit 329 of the Schuylkill Ex­press­way.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, the in­ci­dent was called in at 11:45 a.m. The bus and a land­scap­ing truck were trav­el­ing north on South Gulph Road when they col­lided with a truck car­ry­ing a crane which was ex­it­ing the ex­press­way.

All three ve­hi­cles sus­tained some dam­age and the bus driver, one of the truck driv­ers and sev­eral pas­sen­gers on the bus com­plained of in­juries.
