Upper Merion softball rallies in 7th for walk-off win over Phoenixville
Alexis Ettore delivered a walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh as Upper Merion softball team scored four runs in the inning to rally past Phoenixville for a 4-3 PAC Frontier victory Thursday.
Ettore went 2-for-4 with an RBI while Emily Reid was 2-for-3 with a run scored for the Vikings.

NORTH PENN 17, CB EAST 6 » Joe Picozzi hit two home runs — a three-run blast followed by a grand slam — as the North Penn baseball team scored 11 runs in the top of the first inning as the Knights rolled past over Central Bucks East in five innings Wednesday.
Billy Collins added another grad slam in the fourth for North Penn (6-1, 3-0 SOL Continental) while Picozzi finished 2-for-2 with seven RBIs and three runs scored. Atlee Hasson finished 2-for-3 with an RBI and run scored. (M)7» Carlie Doughty had four goals and an assist as Souderton handed Springfield its first loss in the SOL American opener for both teams.
Sarah Goodwin and Liz O’Hara both scored twice while Goodwin had a pair of assists for the Indians (32, 1-0 conference), who have won three straight.
