Albina Principe, 73, of Pottstown

Albina “Dolly” Principe, age 73, of Pottstown, and formerly of Douglasville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville.

Mrs. Principe was born in Swedesburg and was the daughter of the late John Kozlowski and the late Albina S. Sniegowski Kozlowski. She was the devoted wife of the late Patrick J. Conway, who died in 1971, and the late Charles V. Principe, who died in 2015.

Albina was the loving mother of John (Donna) Kozlowski of Tampa, FL, Gerald (Cheryl) Conway of Port Richey,FL, Christopher (Lori) Conway of Bridgeport, PA, Renee (Ricardo) Lopez of Bridgeport, PA, and Natalie (Pete) Castronova of Sanatoga, PA. She was also the beloved sister of the late John (Margaret Muldowney) Kozlowski, Lorraine (William) Fryer, the late Leonard Kozlowski, Marlene (companion Dan) Ardente, Frank (Theresa) Kozlowski, Jayne (John) Zaremski, and Ann (Thomas) Lepera. She also leaves behind her cherished 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

“Dolly” attended Upper Merion High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed Dick Clark dances and arts and crafts. She will be remembered for her love of shopping, the Christmas season, dressing up and being a sun worshiper! Her main thought, every day, was keeping her family together and being sure that they all shared her family values.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewings on Wednesday, April 18, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Thursday , April 19, from 8:30 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. at The Bernard S. Followed by her Funeral Mass held at Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson Street, Swedesburg, on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery.
