Shrimp on the Barbie Night

“We’re The One You Want” at the Valley Forge VFW Post 7878 from 6 to 10 pm. on Wednesday, May 23. Featuring the Sounds of “Australian Artists” or “Yacht Rock”!! A fun night of food, dancing and entertainment, featuring Rob Carroll of the “Chatterband” and “Zoot-Suit” Band, plus “Benjamin Franklin” impersonator fame. Songs from Olivia Newton John, AC/ DC, The Bee Gees, Air Supply, Little River Band and Rick Springfield and others will bring back fond memories of a great era. Rumor has it that “Jesse’s Girl” will appear. So “Do Talk To Strangers,” meet new friends and “Make Love Out of Nothing at All.” No problem “Staying Alive” as a savory “Shrimp On The Barbie” meal will be served at 6 pm. A cash only bar with beer and drinks is available. Admission is $30.00 per person with limited seating. This is a non-smoking event. No tickets at the door.
