Berkshire Hathaway presents Chairman’s Circle Awards
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors recently honored sales associates with the Chairman’s Circle Awards.
The Cooley Bradley Group of Chestnut Hill office sales associates received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award for its sales performance for 2017, placing them in the top ½ of 1 percent of all BHHS agents.
“We are honored to be receiving this award for the second year in a row. Thank you to all of our clients for their continued support,” Michele Cooley and Tyler Bradley said.
The Cooley Bradley Group, led by Cooley and Bradley, includes Brooke Pekula, Julie Caroppolo, Jami Woodward, Matt Neducsin, Sarah Lane and Stephanie Simonaro.
The Linda Baron Team of Blue Bell office sales associates also received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award.
“I am extremely grateful to all of my wonderful clients and team members for helping to achieve this award,” Baron said.
Team members, led by Baron, include Julia Cooper, Kathleen Givigliano, Barbara Grosso, Marie Henderson, Dion Alveranga and Jaime Venarchik.
Team Whetzel, consisting of Chestnut Hill office sales associates, also received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award.
“We are thrilled to receive this award and take great pride in our creative team that offers design, marketing and sales solutions for buyers, sellers and investors. The end game is the satisfaction on our clients’ faces on closing day. We are inspired and motivated by this in every transaction,” Kim Whetzel said.
Team members, led by Whetzel, include Penn Steel and Ellen Hass.
The Witt-Lippincott Team of Chestnut Hill office sales associates also received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award.
“Our team had a marvelously successful year in real estate in 2017, but it ended in the sudden, unexpected and tragic loss of our longtime friend and team member, Lori Lorenz. This award is dedicated to her,” Loretta Witt and Janet Lippincott said.
Team members, led by Witt and Lippincott, included William Shelton, Caroline Masters, Ernie Tracy and Lori Lorenz (deceased).
The Steven Kim Team of Blue Bell Office sales associates, received the 10 Year Legend Award, recognizing it for reaching this 10year milestone of consecutively winning the Chairman’s Circle Award.
The Rosenthal Group of Blue Bell office sales associates was named to the Top 100, ranking No. 88 in residential gross commission income out of all the network members nationally.
“Top 100 is such a huge accomplishment that few attain. In a challenging market, they have been able to stay ahead of the competition,” said Joan Docktor, president, BHHS Fox & Roach Realtors.
It was also honored with a 20 Year Legend Award, recognizing it for reaching this 20-year milestone of consecutively winning the Chairman’s Circle Award.
In addition, it received the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award.
“This award means so much to us because it is a direct reflection of the hard work and team harmony that makes our team so successful. We would like to thank all of our buyers and sellers that had confidence in our ability to help us reach this point in our career,” Rhonda and Larry Rosenthal said.
Team members, led by the Rosenthals, include Alene Dordick, Amanda Magid, Thia Jackson-Baugh, Stephen Martin and Stan Rubenstein.
The Sivel Group of Chestnut Hill office sales associates was named to the Top 100, ranking No. 44 in resident gross commission income and No. 91 in residential units out of all the network members nationally.
“Top 100 is such a huge accomplishment that few attain. In a challenging market, they have been able to stay ahead of the competition,” Docktor said.
The group was also honored with the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award.
