Francis “Frank” Xavier Clark, age 62, of King of Prussia, Pennsylvan­ia passed away peacefully at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery on Saturday, May 26, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

He was a graduate of State University of New York Stony Brook (B.A.1977) and a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1980) and establishe­d his law practice of Francis X. Clark, P.C. in 2000.

He married the love of his life Rebecca “Becky” Fritz on October 8, 1983 and they had three children.

All who knew Frank knew he was a passionate, dedicated and honorable man who lived life to the fullest. He loved his wife and family above all else. Frank was a highly respected commercial and constructi­on litigation practice lawyer who tenaciousl­y protected the legal rights of his clients for over 35 years. He had a lifelong love for music and filled his world with his eclectic collection. He was a devoted sports fan of his Phillies, Eagles and Villanova Wildcats. And he was a man of great faith as a parishione­r of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. Frank will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Frank was born on July 14, 1955 in Washington, D.C., to Edward T. Clark and the late Maureen (nee Anderson) Clark. He is survived by his father; his beloved wife, Becky; his son, Kevin; two sisters, Peggy (Patrick) Burke and Maureen (Phillip) Hunt; three brothers: Joseph (Ann) Clark, Daniel (Therese) Clark and Edward (Nancy) Clark; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother; daughter, Lisa; and son, Patrick.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 4th at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Road, King of Prussia, PA. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m., followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery, 199 Old Gulph Road, Conshohock­en, PA.
