Roman L. Kruk of Jeffersonville

Roman L. Kruk passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, after a long illness at Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. He was 72.

Roman was a resident of Jeffersonville, PA, and was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Bridgeport, PA.

He was in the marine business for 50 years and the owner and operator of Boatworks by Roman in W. Norriton for the past 28 years.

He was born in the Ukraine on April 16, 1946.

Surviving are his loving family including his wife, Margaret Kay (Metzgar) Kruk; two brothers, Michael Kruk and Marian Kruk, and a sister, Irena Draszanowska, all of the Ukraine; and many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Olga Kruk and a brother, Stephen Kruk.

Roman’s Divine Liturgy will be at SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 519 Union Ave., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., (Rt. 202) Bridgeport PA on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with Panakhyda Service at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Cemetery, King of Prussia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church.
